You rocked your pregnancy and showed us all how women are strong in so many ways. If you chose to wear makeup, go for it, but please don't think you are empowering women by saying a good day incudes putting on makeup.
Begin with the end in mind, see the after effect and trust that you just need to take a step forward, whether you feel like it or not. Show up and show out. Let this be your constant and you will reap the benefits. Sydney is the best!

I've been working on making changes to my personal life so I can show up better for my workouts. What Sydney said at the end is so true. I'm trying to look forward to my goals to give me the motivation to do the things I don't always feel like doing especially when I'm seeing results when I'd like to see them. It's a slow process, but I know it will pay off. In the meantime, I do feel better when I finish a Sydney workout so here's to crushing it every day.

My family has been getting sick back to back to back. Today everyone is sick again with something terrible. After two weeks of your workouts I am the only one that is well. As much as I love knocking my workouts out early in the morning, my body is SO much more nimble later in the day? Anyone relate??! Also, I’ve been LOVING Monday’s full body workouts. Truly make me never want to miss a Monday. Almost didn’t make it after a long day of teaching and coming home late to two moody precious kids but I knew I needed it for me and I’m so glad I did! Sydney, I love your talks and all the motivation you give us! That was a great workout and I was really looking forward to it! My goal is to get down to 150 by the end of the year. My son asked if I was really going to do it with Thanksgiving and Christmas coming up, so that gave me all the more motivation to do it!! I had a great weekend starting with my daughter and I going to a Fall Festival on Saturday and then cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies!!
Last year was the first year I lost weight during the holidays..it was only a couple of pounds, but I was sooo happy I didn't gain weight. The past couple of years I've cut way back on the holiday baking / seasonal snack making. I enjoy baking 7 varieties of cookies, but I had to save myself from myself 😂

Think about how you're going to feel afterwards instead of in this moment what I really want most, what's going to be most immediately satisfying." This is so powerful. I have been putting off a lot of things because of not wanting to do it now, instead of how I will feel afterwards. Using the "after effect" today!
Good afternoon squad! I crushed this workout to start my important week on a good note. It’s an important week concerning my recovery because I will find out when I’m having right knee surgery that was a result of the February accident. I’m going to go eat a healthy lunch and write in my journal to take care of myself after the workout. I hope everyone has a good day and a good week.

Adjustable weights- perfect! The only time you may have trouble is the first set. My deadlift could have gone heavier, but my back pull could not. But because of the AMRAP format, you can still feel the burn.
Whew! That was tough but so good! Personal victory, I had a doctor's appointment today and my doctor said she could tell I was eating healthy. Just a small comment, but the outside validation was awesome!
Great workout. My body is getting stronger, mobility improving in just these few short weeks. Thank you for your motivation to keep going and showing modifications to keep us improving safely so we can keep going.
