This is a stuff pack I will be using a lot because I enjoy playing with witches in the game. I love the floor plan for this apartment and how you decorated it. It's so cozy and gives off that magical, goth, alternative health vibe. Love it.
This stuff pack is quite literally the perfect pack to use with an artistic sim. And I agree with you on the brown swatch for the bookshelf it looks like it has a purplish/bluish tint to it.
this is honestly my fave pack thats ever been added to the game for multiple reasons, 1 my mom makes jewelery 2 I collect crystals and 3 I love anything dark academia or witchy themed, so wether a sim is just a jewelery maker or a full blown crystal witch this pack is just perfect for me xD

This apartment is gorgeous, you really knocked it out of the park with this one 🥰 I love the warm wood tones and the pops of red and green here and there.
As a dark academia lover. I have to admit, this pack is perfect to compliment my own cc that I have for my flats.
As a recommendation, in the kitchen, you could have exploded the grey/green of the fridge as complementary colour or even silver as accent colour.
Also as far as the wall, I wish I could have seen some other wallpaper more than the brick wall

Love this apartment but will be interesting for gameplay, I have been wondering if the sims team considered charging if you have a apartment that doesn’t have a balcony how are you supposed to charge your crystals outside in the moon? Guess you could just leave the charging plate in the street I suppose and hope no kleptomaniacs are nearby

Fun fact: Werewolves and Crystal Creations go together like apples and peanut butter; might not sound like it, but a match made in heaven. Werewolves can dig at runt rank ( the first one ) and is one of the few things you can tell your sims to do while rampaging, so you can get free crystals tocraft with while also not smashing things lol
Where can you charge crystals while living in an apartment? They have to be charged outside right? But this one doesn’t have a balcony and i dont want to leave them on the street every night. I really wanted to move my gemologist into a san myshuno appartement and this one is perfect!
The only issue is not being able to charge the crystals and jewelry, as it only happens outside in moonlight, but this is gorgeous
Crystal collector and former new ager here. Crystals don’t have powers and don’t need to be cleansed. It’s pure placebo effect, the brain is actually the power. Crystals are used as generators in tech but so are a lot of other things 💫

Omg why didn’t I know your yt name was pronounced Jessica Pie. For some odd reason I thought it was mixed with Jessica and landscapie (a cute way to say landscape) because you do a lot of landscaping in your speed build. It just made a lot of sense in my mind 😭😭😂
