A witchy store where you can buy gems, jewelry, candles, and other witchy looking things would be neat. Maybe the owner of the witchy store lives above it or something.
Other than laundromat like to see office spaces for freelance writers or programmers. Another suggestion a mechanic station for sims in the engineer career
I lived in Germany for many years when I was younger and I had a radiator in my bedroom. I loved going to bed early with a book on a cold winter night with the radiator going at full blast. Like reading in front of a cozy fireplace Tulip
-Idk if you’ve already done this but I think a “my favorite packs build” and a “my least favorite packs build” could be fun! Pick one ep, gp, sp and kit + base game and see what they offer you for a build 😊
I think a dog walker or a ballerina would be cool for the micros. I feel like I’ve seen nyc interviews with both professions in nyc. Or a Carrie Bradshaw apartment. 🌷
Tulip! I love this build. The townhouse reminded me a lot of my Gramma's condo, brought back a lot of happy memories. Can't wait to see how you decorated the rest of the units! By the way, I've watched a lot of your builds in the last couple days, and I really appreciate how clean and wholesome all your videos are. No disgusting language, nothing I couldn't let my eight-year-old watch with me. Just good, lovely builds and great entertainment. Please keep on keeping on! ❤
Tulip :) I think a good idea for a type of sim to build for in one of the apartments, especially the micro ones, would be like a "starving artist" sim. Whether that be an aspiring author or actual artist like painting/drawing, or musician - I think that concept would be cool to see in one of them! xo
Tulip 🌷. Where I live you can't legally put a bedroom in the basement unless you have a window / window well large enough for an adult male to fit through.
Thanks to double speed, I was able to watch the video til end before 10 pm. Now I'm going to bed and in my dreams I'll try to figure out, how to furnish the micro apartments from the middle house. 12 tiles for the entrance, dining, living and sleeping area will be challenge, but it's so realistic for young people who start to go to work or who go to university. I'm so glad, you did this. 😊 Btw. I love that build sooo much. Can't wait to furnish this townhouses ❤😊
🌷 Nice build, I live in Germany, and here in older rooms you have a radiator in every room. Although this is slowly changing and the new houses have underfloor heating, the majority are equipped with radiators as standard.
Lots of radiators in Boston apartments! My current place was built in the 1920s, but it is very common in multifamily homes in Boston to see radiators for heating :)
I love to watch your builds, but its also nice to just listen to you talking if I have to step away - almost like a podcast. I live in Texas, and in my parent's and my grandmother's homes, which were both older (parent's house was build in 1941), and they had these little wall mounted cast iron gas heaters, usually in the bathrooms (we used a large metal gas heater in a midpoint of the house in winter, which attached to a gas spigot with a flexible metal hose). I didn't even know what radiators were until I was a teenager and we bought these portable oil radiator heaters for the bedrooms after we capped off some of the gas fixtures after we had a house fire, (not because of the gas heaters, thankfully - but instead because of our dryer. ALWAYS CLEAN YOUR LINT TRAP!) which, unfortunately, caused us to have a major renovation. This was a bit of an info dump, lol. Also - TULIP!
I really enjoyed this. I love the glamour of the actress' townhome and the semi-scuzzy laundromat on the same lot. I'd like to see some units for a chef, interior decorator, doctor, lawyer, and athlete. Tulips are great, they always make me think of giving them to Mom as a kid for Mother's day.
Tulip! I have come back because I finished watching this video over lunch. Also, for style ideas, what if one of the apartments was for someone who used to live somewhere bigger and now has had to downsize, so there's barely room for all of their stuff. Like, boxed everywhere, extra IKEA storage units, very cluttered counters, boxes full of clothes on top of the dresser... Idk, I just feel like that could be fun
I’d love to see you take on one of the original homes in Willow Creek and turn it into multi unit apartments! So many bigger older houses are split into those and it would be such a fun process to watch with your style and attention to detail.
Tulip 🌷🎉 I love this! The radiators are very realistic. They have radiators in Chicago and Philadelphia too - they have old townhouses like NYC! Excited to see what you do with the apartments! 🧡
Wow yet again another amazing build! I’d love to see a spellcaster house on the larger lot in glimmerbrook with the new stuff pack once it comes out! 🌷
31:42 i'm dutch and there's radiators in a lot of homes (idk about modern ones since i've only ever lived in older homes), to the point i think it's weird that homes don't have them. also tulip!
tulip! i’m so excited to see u furnish the rest of the apartments!! also, watching you decorate the townhouse and talk about Evelyn Hugo makes me want to reread the book so bad
I think it would be really to decorate one of the apartments with a lot of stuff from the new jewelry pack, maybe it could be a crafty sim who's into knitting as well also tulip! they're such pretty flowers
I think one think I would really love to see with the new pack is a pair of grandparents. Maybe one used to be a jeweler, but is now retired (or in a different career with jewelry as a hobby,) and the other has a collection of jewelry that their partner has given them over the years. I just think that'd be really romantic and sweet and call back to the trailer for the pack.
about the bars not being realistic: funfact, here in Brazil having bars inside your house (usually the living room) was a trend back in the 90s/2000! my grandma still has it, i love the vibes. ALSO TULIP
Never seen a desk in a laundry mat... They're usually self serviced, the vending machines sell detergent & the machines have coin slots. No need for a register
tulip! also idk if you'll read this but i think a crystal/tarot pagan + vaporwave blend of a house or apartment could be soooo pretty. really playing with lighting and soft blues and purples
I'm excited to watch these apartments come together! I live in a house built in 1811 and we have radiators - they were added at some point along the way! They have a lot of charm. ❤🌷
Tulip! And I love this so much. I've never been super big on Brownstone just because I feel like the standard interior style is not my thing but this is it.
I love your builds so much! ❤ and then you went and mentioned Evelyn Hugo and I was like..yup, I need this build and am about to create a Evelyn Hugo world. 😂😂 Thank you for always sharing your amazing work with us!
Tulip! 🌷 I would love to see an eclectic/ bohemian early 2000s inspired apartment. I think that would be so cool! Also, I’m pretty sure you’d be doing an amazing job! 🙌🏻🩷
So glad you were able to make these come together and work out! I have to say, lawn care items could be pretty cool. I'm so glad Sims no longer have to water or trim bushes like in The Sims 2, but it's nice to have that realism. Also... tulip 🌷
Tulips 💐 are beginning to bloom in my condo complex and I’m so excited because it will soon be time for me to start planting on my deck! 🌿🌱🪴🪻🌺🌸 Another great build. 🥰
I love in Sweden so we have radiators in all the rooms, bathroom especially but when I lived further up north in Sweden we had that plus an open fireplace to keep the house heated. Also, a full on JC creator is a must. - Tulips baby, I love them.
My house has radiators. It’s almost 100 year old house. In our basement you can see the chimney & where they had a coal furnace and then someone took that out and now we have a natural gas boiler system. The coziness of my house in the winter feels like a blanket right out of the dryer. I love my radiators & so do my cats they love laying on them and since they are usually placed near windows the cats can be warm & the birds.
These are so beautiful definitely adding them to my game. If you're doing more apartment renos, I would love to see the Culpepper that Raj and his mom live in being done in whatever style that interests you. I was browsing your channel and noticed you've never done that one at least not anytime within the last year or so!
Tulip - I live in the UK and in a house built 1930 - I use radiators from oct-mar. The pipes are on the walls rather than inside as it was added after the house was built (use to have gas fires and back boiler)
Tulip! I don't always make it to the end because I put on builds before bed. I love you, deligracy, caryandconnie, jamesturner, lilsimsie, sydmac, fakegamergirl. Etc I just need sims builds with random, adhd commentary like someone is having a conversation with me about 50 different things lmao. 😂 But I love longer videos because it's easy to queue up a few and fall asleep. I do frequently go back and restart a video I fell asleep during so that I will get through the whole thing, or at least FF/jump through to see the whole build. ❤
I loveeee every part of this build. It's really amazing seeing how you continue to grow as a sims builder +decorator and it definitely shows in this one!!!!! Also you'd be very justified to know im writing sitting across from my rickety radiator in my NYC apartment and I grew up having them in many houses in NYC and north jersey 😅⚘️🌷
i know that big and modern sun myshuno apartments might be not something that you would like to do but i would love to see some renovating expensive, more modern apartments on your channel xoxo😘
tulip! I love the laundromat on site concept! I cant wait to move my sims in to the ready to move in apartments and have them add their own personal styles :)
I loved going to the laundromat. Doing 6-8 loads of laundry all at once is so better for my brain. If i won the lottery, id buy an industrial machines for my house. LOL I love this build, so awesome & creative! ❤❤
ALL the detail you put in these builds is great but i really love the bulky items trash lmao it makes it so charming like. yeah! people live here and their bulky items need to be picked up!
basically every house and apartment has radiators here in sweden. the summer cottage my family has does not have built in ones but when we bought it there was portable ones. bc even in the summer you may need indoor heating on colder nights.
Tulip. Also I don't have a furnace in the home I am in now. But I live in Kentucky and an apartment I lived in a few years ago had a furnace. It was an old house turned into apartments. Growing up I had a coal burning stove.
Tulip! We have radiators in Chicago. Speaking of would you ever do a Chicago style of apartments? I would live for you to do a row of classic 2-flats. Gorgeous build and excited for the journey!
Tulip!🌷 I got really excited when you mentioned The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo - I picked it up only yesterday and I'm already halfway through! Definitely see the vibes in the large apartment, great job as always. ❤
first of all, excellent song choice for the screenshots. i was jammin. this build is amazing, very excited to see you decorate the apartments. maybe one could be crystal witchy vibes after the new pack comes out? also, chewlips
i would love to see you try more aesthetics, especially steampunk and bio/solarpunk! also, in Portugal only really modern and recent houses dont have radiators, which is a minority. but for most ppl i know theyre practically useless bc they run on gas and gas is super expensive, so the radiators are just a pain in the ass and take space from the wall that you could use to place furniture. people either use mobile heaters, the fireplace or they install a.c. :) 🌷🌷🌷

i love how realistic your builds are and making that busy road/pavement in front of the buildings really adds to the nyc vibe
Lots of radiators in Boston apartments! My current place was built in the 1920s, but it is very common in multifamily homes in Boston to see radiators for heating :)

Tulip 🌷 ...aaah these are stunning!!!! Absolutely gorgeous! I'm excited to see the micro studio.
This is incredible! You're my favourite builder right now, it feels like I've found a hidden gem!
Wow, thank you!

i’m late but tulip 🌷 a fashion designer, struggling artist, and/or a bachelor pad would be so cool to see!! ◡̈
31:42 i'm dutch and there's radiators in a lot of homes (idk about modern ones since i've only ever lived in older homes), to the point i think it's weird that homes don't have them. also tulip!

Going to the laundromat for bulk laundry always feels so efficient.
Tulip! My kid is home sick and we're watching you while I braid her hair.
A jewelry store retail lot would be really cool
about the bars not being realistic: funfact, here in Brazil having bars inside your house (usually the living room) was a trend back in the 90s/2000! my grandma still has it, i love the vibes. ALSO TULIP
Tulip. I love listening to voice overs on builds. In the UK most homes have radiators, though some have electric heaters.
Tulip! I just love watching you build and decorate. Small spaces are where it's at! Love these apartments.
I absolutely adore this build!! I really like the laundromat and the fancy vibe of the first townhouse! Tulip 🌷
Tulip! I love the buildings! The brownstones were my favorite thing to see when I visited New York years ago

omg yes! Evelyn Hugo in the sims would be amazing!
@@Gryphi right?! As if I don’t have enough ideas lol
Tulips are stunning!
The story in the builds are amazing. Love the extreme glam to micro teeny tiny squish!

Beautiful builds!
Tulip. Lol Awesome build. Dealing with insomnia at 1:20 am. Sleep struggle is real.
Tulip 🌷I'd love to see a Dark Academia apartment, one cramed with ALL the books
I'm really looking forward to watching you furnish these apartments! I love this building so much!
A street musician in one of those small apartments would be cute, maybe a violinist specifically?
Love it!
I'm swedish, and it's very common to have radiators in basically all rooms. AC and fans are quite uncommon.
Tulip ⚘️
Tulip 😊 your builds always blow me away! I always find inspiration to build after watching your vids
I LOVE this! The little neighborhood looks so lively
A apartment of someone who is in the process of moving in or out would be cool. PS , Tulip
These are so beautiful definitely adding them to my game.

Tulip! This is a gorgeous, gorgeous build
Thank you so much!
Neopets was my Jam back when i was in my late teens and I did loose my old account.. but I think about the game often. Will need to look it up again!
tulip 🌷 I love watching your videos. They're so calming and cozy :)
Tulip!
Beautiful as always
would love to see you use crystal creations to renovate one of the ugly realm of magic builds ❤ love your build style
Tulip.
Also I don't have a furnace in the home I am in now. But I live in Kentucky and an apartment I lived in a few years ago had a furnace. It was an old house turned into apartments.
Growing up I had a coal burning stove.
Tulip 🌷 i love your building style so much
Tulips 🌷I love this so much! Can you build loft apartments please? 🥳. I love your modern loft build so much!

YESSSS
Awesome build, Gryphi! Also: tulip 😌🌷
first of all, excellent song choice for the screenshots. i was jammin. this build is amazing, very excited to see you decorate the apartments. maybe one could be crystal witchy vibes after the new pack comes out? also, chewlips
