really enjoy you going over this kind of thing, as a newer ascension player from old school wow it helps to have your insights as i looked at this list and saw just fel infused being better now for my bear proc tank :) keep up the content!
No build is secure or secret, all GMs have access logs of damage and can easily scan for outliers then shadow follow people into raids see for themselves then report it to the devs to get fixed. Players just think by not posting videos their build is safe.. lol no far from it I used to do the same thing when I was a GM shadowing players is a lot more common than you'd think.
Yo Heytrix! Since you asked about the fuego build here are the basics: You take fuego, arctis, combustion and starborn as abilities. You need gathering will, winter's mantle and warden of demonreach for talents. You basically cast one of the two which enables the buff stacks of the other. Say you start a fight, instantly cast arctis. Then you enabled your fuego stacks. Now you either use fireball or what the tooltip says to increase your stacks or you use starborn, which gives you max stacks instantly. Since starborn is treated as combustion, you take the talent playing with fire (I think it's called that, the one that reduces combustion cooldown on fire spells). You basically buff pyroblast as much as possible and swap between the two elements, get stacks as quickly as possible and swap again. In the process of that you reduce combustion CD as quickly as possible. Stuff like hydricles can be great since you get multiple stacks in one cast in AoE etc. Don't want to make this too long, so these are the basics of the build.

Great video! Glad you said something about Dark surgeon cause been playing around with it. As a old rouge main from reg WoW it puts a nice twist to it from solo safety . But wanted some input on it cause trying it with elemental daggers (ice) hippocratic oath, grove ranger agi, Trauma care and Spiritual healing.. My slotted skills are sweeping strikes, Frostbrand weapon, Frostflame shock, and saber slash. The starters were backstab, meditate( just incase of low mana), blessing of might, an Greater heal. The only thing was trying to find rupture. Thought about using Ice shock instead just to save energy. But if i had elemental assassin an Infused energy i would trade them out for trauma an spiritual healing. I really think you should try it out cause this is a really fun build in my opinion.

No matter what melee build i put it on, it seems to still do more damage than anything else. If someone wants to get into raiding what needs done? In classic it was just get bis. And attune if needed.
Attunement is only for Asc raiding Because of the powercreep this season, its very easy to get into norm/hc raids. You just need to do 2-3k dps(if even)
the firecar meme started with someone doing a copypasta that went something like this "NERF FIRE CAR!!! DOES 20K DPS TOO STRONG!! FIRE CAR PLZ NERF DEVS"
I'm still amazed that they haven't addressed "pet builds" (imps) or tamed beast with Tesla Coil Collar they have been easily pushing 40-60k sustained and have been running the game since S9's start. Great Vid!!!
We have been over it in the guild, dont worry! We have seen the locust shot version so far, and then meta carding for the 160% dmg The thing is, that it seems to good and to high dmg for one talent. So i think it will get nerfed(tesla coil, that is) anyway Non in the guild uses it, but it also seems really hard to roll. AND the playstyle seems like the most yankiest pile of **** :p But a strong build, for sure!
Windfury is still dogshit. Tbf I still need Hurricane/Hurricane Strike and Doom Winds but I have Southpaw Strike, 3/3 Elemental Weapons, Fury of the Wind, and Zephyr. The build is still fun, however, and between Seal/Judgement of Light, 2x Crusader, Draining Strikes, Unbounded Deathdealer, and Bloodthirst with Blood Surge, the sustain is crazy.

Is tesla coil that strong? I haven't seen a single build use it and while building it it just seemes very weird. Do you know how it works?

The melee hunter buffs are great. I leveled one with demolisher and my monhoose bites are hitting for 5.5k with fresh 60 and leveling blue items
