Tourism in Yabu City Spring-Summer

Nestled in the mountains of northern Hyogo prefecture is Yabu City, a picturesque rural town with rich nature, unique history and traditional culture, where tourists can appreciate the different seasonal expressions throughout the year.
The arrival of Spring brings life back to its mountains with lush greenery at every turn. The Tarumi's Grand Sakura - believed to be over 1000 years-old and the largest of the Edohigan species in the prefecture - fully bloom together with thousands of cherry blossom trees that decorate our roads and rivers.
Similarly, another attraction is the 40 min hike that it takes to behold the Tendaki Falls. With a 98m-drop, it is in the top 100 waterfalls of Japan.
