the fact that you don't speak in your videos creates an incredible calm and makes us enjoy the video thank you a thousand times you are my favorite youtuber
What a peaceful travel video. No music, no talk, pure ambience. Feel like I'm traveling myself with those captions popping up in mind along the journey.
For those of you who read this, I just wanted to let you know that everything will be fine, whether it's sleeping or relaxing from stress. If you're going through a hard time now, it's a temporary thing, and it's okay to remind you that there are many good and comfortable days ahead. If you are going to sleep, I hope you have the most beautiful dreams and the most peaceful sleep. You are such an amazing person and the world is lucky to have someone like you. I wish you all the best, love and strength. Good night
Having a 'honesty store' in the train station really puts some faith back into humanity. It's such a simple but amazing thing to see. Cheers. I would pop out of my room around 2-3am and then take photographs. It's a beautiful spot.
The small regional airport I fly out of here in the U.S. has one. It's pretty nice since with the small number of flights each day I doubt they'd pay to staff a shop but I can still buy a snack or drink while I wait for the plane. It would never work in a large airport but it seems to work ok in a small one.
My mother, a native of Japan, grew up just minutes away from Ginzan Onsen. I remember visiting this place when I was a kid, and at that time this onsen was virtually unknown even in Japan (an NHK drama from the early 80s put the place on national notice). I don't know whether it's still there, but there were skiing slopes by Ginzan where I went skiing a couple of times.
What a beautiful village, especially in the snow! I felt your pain when that first bus couldn't get you on. You taught me a few things I didn't know about soba.
You’re a great videographer and editor. Despite no talking, your videos are absolutely enjoyable to watch. I honestly have not skipped a single video. Keep it up.
@@englishatheart I agree. I've just finished watching 3 in a row (from this channel...) & it's easier to concentrate on the content & even read the subtitle captions too.
That onsen is so pretty. And the music box was playing "A Spoonful of Sugar" at one point. I'm a big Mary Poppins fan. Paper covers rock. But have a wonderful day anyway.
I went to Japan November last year and had a tour for 7 days. That was the best experience I ever had in my life. I wish to go back to Japan again someday and try this Spirited away village. Thank you for sharing the beauty of Ginzan Onsen! Addded to my bucket list!!
You really enjoy food yet you stay so slim! The streets of Ginzan Onsen look like jigsaw puzzle pictures. Thanks for giving me something to smile at. 👍
SO relaxing, always wanted to travel to Japan, but my traveling days are over, i am 62 yrs old now, not in too good health, oh i wished i could have gone there, your sooo lucky, enjoy my friend.
I love your adventures. Thank you for showing us how to eat certain meals. It’s hopeful for me as an American. And thank you for great content all around.
This is the first video that I watched from you, and I really enjoyed it ! So I will subscribe to your channel, and see what other videos you have published. Ginzan Onsen looks really beautiful (but very crowded). We will be travelling around Tohoku next March and will spend 2 nights in a Ryokan at Ginzan Onsen, I very much look forward to that. I hope that the next time, you will also be able to spend the night there.
Spirted Away is one of my favorite animated films, possibly in the top 3 for me. I haven't seen the film for many years, but Ginzan Onsen did very much remind me of scenes in the film especially when the lights came on in the town.
I visited last month and it was great for pictures. I don't like eggplant but the hot soba was better than expected. And for some reason the transfer to the train going back is very tight, our bus barely made to the station by 1 minute.
It sucks that you didn't get to stay in a hotel there. I would've loved to have seen it. Hopefully, you can go back and stay a day or two. Beautiful place indeed. Thanks so much for sharing.
Харесва ми канала Ви, как показвате за Япония интересни места и видовете превоз - влакове, автобуси. Хотелите, градини, исторически места, природа :) И има субтитри на много езици, даже и на моя роден - български. БлагоДаря.
Thank you so much for this video. Initially I gave up the plan to come here when all the hotels were fully booked. But after watching your authentic video, I’m inspired to do a day trip here instead! ❤
Great trip. The village and the resort looks outstanding when in winter. Knowing the schedule is very important, especially when this place is full of visitors.
Olá. Gosto muito de assistir esses vídeos . Amei os seus comentários bem explicado. Fiquei apreensiva junto cm você na espera do ônibus.😅 Feliz ano novo do Brasil você. você.
What a beautiful video and trip! And Thank you very much for NOT editing with music or other sounds that are NOT from the actual footage itself and to allow people to almost have the experience of being there, being able to hear the actual sounds of the location as is. Thank you so much!
Thank you for sharing your trip, It is a beautiful location. I was like, NOOOO...Please squeeze me onto the bus it is too cold🥶...Plus, seeing you with your last french fry chip and knowing you were Hungry 😥
Thanks for sharing. I wanted to go to this place. My fear of missing the bus and shinkansen is what stopped me from going. But your experience will prepare me if it do happen to me.
I enjoyed your video and seeing Spirited Away. It reminded me of day trips I've taken where I've missed or almost missed transportation home at the end of the day.
If it takes 5 hours to get to Ginzan on a bullet train I'd go that route also. That marshmallow hot chocolate cost the same as the 40 minute bus ride into Ginzan lol. Ginzan is so lovely, such a darling village but looks sooo cold. I really appreciate how you always tell us what your eating. And explaining how to eat certain foods. It will be useful if I'm ever in Japan which is my dream. This was very enjoyable. Thank you for taking us along. Maybe next time you can return in the spring and stay a night or two and don't forget to take us too.
You ate constantly. I wish you had talked because one can’t enjoy the scenery well when having to read titles. But I’ve never been north of Tokyo, so it was enjoyable to see that oasis.
It's so beautiful there! I know how you feel about the bus. Once I waited in Manhattan for a bus to take me to Penn Station. They kept passing me by, too fully. Finally I just walked! But Ginzan Onsen looks beautiful but a lot of planning to make a comfortable trip. It looked so cold, we have had very little snow.
the fact that you don't speak in your videos creates an incredible calm and makes us enjoy the video thank you a thousand times you are my favorite youtuber
