That apex green leaf is 100% hands down my favorite 20 gauge to shoot. Got crazy good pattern with it out of my jebs 565 absolutely insane. Only drawback is they’re kinda hard to find in stock gotta be on it and buy it when available. I agree that 570 is better than that 555. That tighter constriction doesn’t always blow them out but when it does, it’s noticeable. Great video fellers glad to see the 20 green leaf make its appearance 🇺🇸

Both patterns look pretty dang good. If you like the old Tom setup, but they don’t make it anymore. Just get up with SaltCreek Ammunition to build your custom load. Just my opinion. Great video though.
I agree with ya, we can’t hunt with 10’s in NY so we can only hunt with it in other states so it’s not a huge need
They still make the Ol’Tom load seasonally before turkey season.
Like I just messaged ya I was told they are gonna stick with the greenleaf going forward least at the time of when I received these shells
I wouldn’t mind seeing the .555 vs .562 vs .570 Indian Creek with Rogue 1 5/8 #9’s 👍🏻

The Hawk and Handsome Jake! Patterns were ok.. 570 MANACONDA is where it's at! Indian creek chokes are ok 🤷🏽♂️. I would personally recommend a Trulock or Patternmaster. I've seen them out perform Indian creek time and time again. You guys are solid!

.570 is the ticket so many test and the .570 seems to be the ticket on every load tested

Awesome job Guys. I have found the same results in 20 gauge. 555 the patterns were blown out..the looser i went with TSS the better it got. for me between. 565 and .575 pattern better .it had a tighter core. fewer gaps and less flyers. and I haven't done much testing with. 410 .I brought a TSS CHOKE for it i wasn't impressed with it. the factory performed better. it was a Stevens 301 410 301 410
Yes every gun is different but in 20 I really like the .570 constriction it’s very consistent across many of our guns we pattern with
I'm sure that the barrel dimensions and manufacturing differ from company to company. Bores and forcing cone length all have a role in how a gun patterns. My little Remington 870 20ga, I'm sure is way different than a Steven's 301 or an A300 or SBE 3. I tried the IC .555, 562, and .570. The .555 blew the other tubes out of the water. Your patterning series helps a lot of people with their set ups and is the greatest thing on RUclips!!! Ultimately people need to tinker with tubes and loads to maximize their set up.

I would definitely like to see all 3 side by side. I hope to find an IC 562 myself. I have had great luck with 570 primos chokes. So I agree with the 570 being a great constriction.
570 is the most underrated constriction
The tight wad, anaconda striker, ic 570’s just continue to put the best patterns up time & time again on the 20 gauge choke list
