Who is your favorite Bugs Bunny voice? What do you want to see next? 0:05 Mel Blanc (RIP) 0:51 Greg Burson (RIP) 1:16 Joe Alaskey (RIP) 1:54 John Blackman 2:02 Billy West 2:38 Jeff Bergman 3:16 Bob Bergen 3:32 Keith Scott 3:47 Sam Vincent (Baby) 4:12 Eric Bauza
I think it’s so interesting hearing how slightly the voice changes between actors. I think the most impressive part however is how they all sound almost exactly like each other!
Nah Joe Alaskey’s was way closer and Eric Bauza’s voice in the new shorts sounds more like Mel’s voice in the older Merrie Melodies shorts which is what they were aiming for.
Mel Blanc, Joe Alaskey, Jeff Bergman, Eric Bauza are still one of the greatest English voices of Bugs Bunny. And of course my favorite that still leave a place of my childhood is Gérard Surugue as the longest running French voice of Bugs Bunny since the original Space Jam and I’m glad that I met him twice in France 🇫🇷 back in 2019 and 2022. 🐰
I remember first hearing Bugs Bunny's French voice while playing: "Bugs Bunny Lost in Time" I was so amused at first by how different it sounded to the way I'm used to hear Bugs speak. But I gotta say, it does fit him.
Nobody adds as much personality to Bugs as Mel Blanc, so much of his performance sounds like regular conversation in a funny voice. Also, Keith Scott? Nobody is talking about him and he did great
To me, the top 3 Bugs Bunny VA who's still is alive and I admire is... 1. Jeff Bergman (most favorite) 2. Eric Bauza 3. Billy West Mel Blanc and Joe Alaskey would be the top 2 VA who are deceased.
Listening to the snippets Mel, of course, is the best with him being the originator after all...but unfortunately the other two have also passed away: Joe Alaskey and Greg Burson. They came the closest to replicating Mel's characterization. Keith Scott's vocal snippet was too brief but re-listening to it a couple of times he sounded like Bugs Bunny, too.
It's..... complicated. Bugs is so associated with Mel Blanc, but I think it helps that each subsequent voice actor puts in an element of themself into Bugs in particular. Joe puts a lot of warmth in his take, Billy gives a lot more youthful energy like he's sort of a childlike imp, meanwhile Eric's is sort of all of the above.
The “Keith Scott” clip is actually Jeff Bergman. Keith’s bugs can be heard in Australian commercials. Listen to it in his “KFC” commercial. It’s completely different-his accent peaks through a bit.
Don't you mean, Eric Bauza (2018-present)? My favorite current voice of Bugs Bunny is Eric Bauza. I also like Mel Blanc (Classic), Billy West (Space Jam) and Joe Alaskey (Back in Action).
Porky: Eeh-buh-duh Bob Bergen also voiced B-Bu-B Bugs Bunny? W-w-wow I didn't even know about th-tha-th-tha-th-that. Bugs: Nyeh, it's because of him voicing me on the ABC Family Fun Fair. Although, Bob Bergen currently voices you in the current media of Looney Tunes. Porky: Eh-eh That's ri-r-ri-r-r-r-ri-r-ri-r-r-r-reh-c-eh-correct...
Mel Blanc is obviously the best. Jeff & Noel obviously sounds like Mel. Greg sounds more like Mel's Bugs after the accident. Joe obviously is my childhood Bugs. Even though i grew up durring Jeff & Greg era.
If I had to list my favourite voices for Bugs Bunny it would definitely have to be Mel Blanc the original for sure but the others will have to be Billy West and Eric Bauza but I've also got a soft spot for Keith Scott due to the fact he's from my Home Country Australia
I kinda wish Mel Blanc reprised his role as Bugs Bunny again this time in the 1990 TV series Tiny Toon Adventures by recording his lines and reading for the part as it would’ve been the last time before he died.
Happy Birthday Eric Bauza. UR awesome legend man. I love Teen Titans Go, The Fairly Oddparents, and The Powerpuff Girls r great shows. Dick Figures is hilarious, and the movie was amazing. I love it. Transformers 4 Age Of Extinction is awesome alien movie, and Space Jam A New Legacy is pretty kool, I'd love played Basketball. Kool sports. It's awesome! UR work is amazing, I respect and support u, dude. And The Super Mario Bros Movie is super awesome. May the Peace be with u Golden Lotus, Gerald Butler, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Foghorn, Elmer Fudd, Drift, EB-3 and Tooba. From Harlingen Texas. December 7, 1979 December 7, 2023 through December 7, 3023
No disrespect to the late Greg Burson, but he was my least favorite voice actor for Bugs, I feel like he made Bugs sound older than he really was. Unlike the others, he also felt like he was really struggling to imitate the late Mel Blanc.
I really liked Billy West from the o.g Space Jam. Plus Mel Blanc.. not so sure about Jeff B tho or his version of Space Jam 2 Bugs (Billy West should have come back for Space Jam 2).
1. Melvin Blanc 2. Greg Burson 3. William West 4. Jeff Bergman 5. Joe Alaskey 6. Bob Bergen 7. Eric Bauza 8. John Blackman 9. Keith Scott 10. Sam Vincent

I‘m amazed by how much Jeff sounds like Mel.
And Joe Alaskey and Eric Banza
I also think Eric bauza sounds pretty close aswell.
I think it’s so interesting hearing how slightly the voice changes between actors. I think the most impressive part however is how they all sound almost exactly like each other!
Hopefully this is what they are going for with the Rick and Morty replacement statement from the other day.
Wow, 10 people portraying this immortal comic for over 80 years
Obviously nobody could replace Mel Blanc, but I think Jeff Bergman definitely comes the closest to matching him.
And also Billy West sounds just like Mel Blanc
Eric also does a perfect voice of Bugs even a perfect impression of Mel Blanc’s Bugs.
Too bad Jeff Bergman's voice 2010s is different than in the 90s
@@samperry5383 it’s still a great performance nonetheless
Nah Joe Alaskey’s was way closer and Eric Bauza’s voice in the new shorts sounds more like Mel’s voice in the older Merrie Melodies shorts which is what they were aiming for.

Crazy how similar they all sound
At first I couldn't tell the difference between them, but when I listened to Joe Alaskey's and Billy West's version I heard a difference.
I think Eric Bauza really nails the tonality and spirit of Bugs the closest to Mel 👍🏻
Nobody adds as much personality to Bugs as Mel Blanc, so much of his performance sounds like regular conversation in a funny voice.
Also, Keith Scott? Nobody is talking about him and he did great
The man with a thousand voices! Mel blanc created these voices and no one can replace him for that even billy west himself said that!!
The good thing is that Billy West and Jeff Bergman are still here
To me, the top 3 Bugs Bunny VA who's still is alive and I admire is...
1. Jeff Bergman (most favorite)
2. Eric Bauza
3. Billy West
Mel Blanc and Joe Alaskey would be the top 2 VA who are deceased.

1:41 Bugs: Of course you realize, this means war!
Mine is Mel Blanc, Joe Alaskey, Jeff Bergman, and Eric Bauza.
Bob Bergen's version sounds like Tweety and Porky crossed together
It's..... complicated.
Mel Blanc, Jeff Bergman, Joe Alaskey, Billy West, and Eric Bauza are my top 5 favorite versions of Bugs Bunny

The man of 1.000 voices Mel Blanc, Billy West and Eric Bauza
I grew up with Joe Alaskey and Jeff Bergman. I think Mel would be proud of all involved, though. And that's all folks! 😉
Billy West sounds like his Fry (Futurama) doing a Bugs Bunny impression.
joe alaskey is the goat for me . rest in peace king
Bugs had to walk 15 MILES and kept on missing that left turn to albuquerque
The best ones are Mel, Joe, and Jeff
I didn’t realize the guy who voices Double D was baby bugs.
I think Eric and Jeff Bergman switch sometimes.
Mel Blanc will always be the best, but the others do pretty good impressions.

Greg sounds more like Mel's Bugs after the accident.
Joe obviously is my childhood Bugs. Even though i grew up durring Jeff & Greg era.
Billy West

joe was such dedicated va he started voicing bugs 14 years before he was even born 😌
Mel Blanc is the best! Followed by Jeff Bergman, and Joe Alaskey.
What's up doc?
Mel Blanc, Eric Bauza, Joe Alaskey, Billy West and Jeff Bergman are my favourite of Bugs' voice actors.
Happy 82nd Birthday, Bugs! You're the most popular Looney Tunes character in the history of the world.
If I had to list my favourite voices for Bugs Bunny it would definitely have to be Mel Blanc the original for sure but the others will have to be Billy West and Eric Bauza but I've also got a soft spot for Keith Scott due to the fact he's from my Home Country Australia
Jeff bergman is my guy! Well Joe Alaskey as well.
Mel the goat. Billy and Eric are the best replacements
Mel Blanc (RIP) Joe Alaskey (RIP) And Eric Bauza.
Mel Blanc and Jeff Bergman!!!
Billy west was always My favorite, doesnt sound too young, doesnt sound too old.

I kinda wish Mel Blanc reprised his role as Bugs Bunny again this time in the 1990 TV series Tiny Toon Adventures by recording his lines and reading for the part as it would’ve been the last time before he died.
Mel Blanc, of course. And Keith Scott.

Couldn't you use the actual dates of the voice actors' performances? You can look it up on Wikipedia rather that just Behind the Voice Actors.
Mel Blanc and Joe Alaskey are what I hear when I think of Bug Bunny.
Mel blance and jeff bergman
Bugs sound doug funnie and fry.
That's why Billy West was a great fit.
Greg Burson is an almost photocopy of Mel’s voice. As close as you can get. Also Keith Scott
Eric Bauza pitch Tambour great but has less 1950’s “Bronx and Brooklyn”
Mel Billy then Keith
Voice actors who make great performances of Bugs Bunny:
Tom Kenny
