You've inspired me to stop being cheap with myself and go live the life I want. In the past, I've felt my purpose in life was to take care of my family, I would often put myself last by doing things that would be good for everyone else but leave me unsatisfied. In every list I made, I was last. Seeing how fabulously you are living, made me decide that I really need to live the life I want. Nothing was stoping me but restrictions I placed on myself. So I am doing that now, at 43, I've just moved to my first luxury apartment and I love it. Trying to put myself first isn't easy but, so far so good.

I agree with YOU Monroe. There is nothing like enjoying your own company at times. For the most part, I have traveled internationally by myself just 'me, myself and I' and have met interesting people and was invited to someone's wedding while traveling from Japan to Bangkok, Thailand. Although I was the only 'sistah' in attendance, I did enjoy myself at the wedding. Thank YOU Richie Titano!

Same here…I don’t travel alone (for safety reasons) but once we get to our destination I will venture out on my own. And I definitely prefer to shop alone.

I love that you show spending time with yourself. Now that I am an empty nester I have been trying to do that more. Nothing like enjoying a meal and a cocktail with yourself. I end up meeting and talking to nee people. It’s fun!
Ma’am those boots 🔥🔥🔥 Both are fire but the yellow is so different for fall & winter and can even go into spring.
I'm an introvert, so I love my own company. I'm so used to going out on my own, especially to eat at a restaurant, shopping or when its warm, going to the park. I've gone to concerts by myself as well. Haven't solo traveled though. Hopefully I can get up the courage to do that someday.
