GuitarDude1 this is certainly not an easy style to reproduce. to get the sound design absolutely right you really need to know what you're doing, along with getting a good mixdown and a catchy chord progression.
+levin not if you reuse the same supersaws pads etc. and the chord progression is simple and repetitive. The arrangement is the same as all the other trouse tracks. Plus I think a lot of producers give Audien shit for clipping. anyways that trouse track mike shiver made could have been just a lighthearted joke. I'm not saying it's not catchy btw
GuitarDude1 but getting those supersaw pads and getting just the right sound is not easy, trust me.
For you it might not be, but if you have an understanding of how a synth works meaning what every knob does, detuned supersaws come naturally. Not to mention sidechaining maximizers eqs and compressors can totally make it sound massive once you get the basis

I haven't listened to all of these artist songs but from listening I like it, gives me Owl City vibes which is neat. Would be cool to fuse in a pop country twist or a rock vibe
