    Thank u! Ive been doing this lifestyle modification for the past 14 weeks and hv lost 26 lbs. Some symptoms went away and test results show improvements.

      Until you hit menopause! Then it’s eat a little more and exercise a little less and MODERATELY.

    Totalmente de acuerdo!!👍..Cuan do no ves resultado, dices hasta aquí..Yo pienso que es normal que a veces nos salgamos de la dieta y darnos un capricho y luego vuelta al ejercicio y a la alimentación saludable..Feliz día!!😊

    All three of your tips are spot on. When it comes to Tip 3, that's where I struggle the most. So, throughout all my decades of weight management, I have found that keeping a food journal is the most effective for me to move the needle to the left.
