Lmao chill out, they just financed this car. They literally moved to accommodate for the monthly payment. With a tight budget like that, It's pretty hard. Besides they haven't even got started process with the r8. So, we may have to wait a little longer for a new car

Yeah, the spoiler is too small for this body kit. You should definitely get a new one. The wheels are pretty good. But, I would go for a sporty set of wheels if it was my car.
If I have the option to buy this masterpiece or a stock Daytona gray for the same price , I would defo go with the stock one . These cars are amazing out of the factory .

16:18 Suggestion : Girth Brooks would be lit at night if you have those colorshift LED strips undercar, Girth brooks would be shinin' at night. If you can't put them on since the car is too low you can put on LED side skirts instead. Good luck!
Girth is Ideal for a wing when it involves Girth Brooks' widebody. Might want to scope a few larger and wider wings with perhaps a lower wing stand...have you considered an active aero kit????
I learned a long time ago that no matter what you do to make your car look better, resale the thing still goes for its current blue book value. And that is calculated by top factors such as year and mileage. And that value always drop the price no matter what. Thats how dealers price cars. Other wise you can do a person to person sale and find some one gullible to pay for the car and mods on it, but good luck with that one. Majority of people want their version of a custom car not someone else's.
add some good coilovers plus you have the audi front lift. And also you can spot where the axle lifters and maby make them bigger so you get to have coilovers so you can track the car too? And lift it
Do a Ron Burgundy wine 🍷 colored wrap, with gold flake. Definitely put a bigger wang on Girth Brooks. Nice ride, maybe upgrade the exhaust manifold, then get a standalone, and dyno tune. 👌🏼🤙🏼
Sometimes people go too far with mods that it takes away from the appreciation of the car. You have to know when to stop. Not every car needs a giant wing, crazy designs, edgy wheels, or dramatic exhausts. Sometimes just the small right touches are enough 👌🏾.
You can replace the rear deck wing, though, and if you do buy one, which won't obscure you rear view mirror out the rear window. Other wise have a rear view camera for your rear view mirror, and since it is turn key, anti theft, warning with cellphone app, and can be recorded as well as uploaded video to app
Well said, whether or not you like the mods, the QUALITY of the mods sounds difficult to question, even if the cost was not as high as you think (maybe he got discounts for group purchases), it is still a clear example of the difficulty of trying to recoup any of the mod costs....well done
my ideal R8 build would have Twin Turbo's, center-exit cut-off valve straight pipe, tone, and maybe a more subtle color. If you wanna go to 11 I would also add some race seats and dump the gold wheels.
Doug DeMuro was right, you mod a car, it's not to receive crazy money when you sale it. $62,000 for a Supercar really a good Supercar if it doesn't have mechanical problems. The manual transmission is a plus.
Sadly it's the V8 so we can only really supercharge it, no Sheepey. Which doesn't net much power for the $30,000 it costs. The next supercar will be 500HP+ or I'll eat my socks. -Squidd
I'm voting for wing-delete or maybe a subtle trunk lid spoiler. Next I'd recommend getting those wheels powder-coated a different color and getting a new wrap (maybe something less busy...let the lines of the car speak for themselves)....but...you got an amazing deal on the car!!!
Either toss or change the wing. Keep wrap. Paint wheels or sell them and get something a little less gold (black or color match the bronze/orange color on the wrap?) Everything else looks pretty damn solid imo. Coming from a v10 R8 owner - congrats on the purchase btw.
Best exhaust note would be that v8 spooling up a pair of turbos.... That should be your next step... Cause im assuming nobody on here thinks that 400 horsepower equals a supercar, unless its in a Ariel Atom!!
I'd personally change the wrap over to a nice metallic (or pearlescent) paint job and change the spoiler to a more OEM spoiler (paint it in a contrasting black) and invest some money on a supercharger for more power and beefing up the powertrain to handle it. I'm not particular on body kits (at all) honestly, but this works I'll admit and definitely keep the rims. :)
I do agree that the wing seems to small for the widebody. That being said, A larger wing doesn't mean it has to be higher then the roof. I bet you can find the right look at the right hight. 👍GAME ON.
Definitely get a bigger wing, something tht look like a fighter jet. That will look nice on the wrap. Moreover with the ideal strategy, you can just sell the current wing and get another one with least or maybe no money.
I think your next upgrade on the R8 should be..... YOU! Go take a class on driving/racing a supercar to get the experience of the full potential of that beast. Get it on the track, take some tight turns at high speed, and get your full throttle grin going through a chicane. Supercars are great for eye candy but that's a waste of their abilities. Don't be a grand stander, stand on the podium stand instead
Personally love the wrap looks super cool on the wide body R8, just need a better set of wheels like the Rohana RFX11’s in a bronze or something like that.

I don't pay nothing for installs. I do all my own work. To a true car guy, that is the fun part. Doing the work.
