In so confused because so many doctors have mentioned that there's no treatment for this. I can't find a solution anywhere. Does anyone who has this hernia feel emptiness in their upper abdomen that causes them to increase their appetite. It makes me hungry like crazy. Now this video makes it seem so serious. But, doctors say that my symptoms don't have to do with it. They keep refusing, and simply say that there's no cure.
Try and convince your doctor to do a an endoscopy and or colonoscopy. It will allow them to see your insides and being able to tell for certain. You have to remember the healthcare system is about making $ off of you, not truly about helping you and especially not the first visit. You can call your medical insurance provider and ask them if those procedures are covered or not so that when you go in and your doctor says well lets try this medication or this medication or this medication and over and over and over like I have had to do for the last 10 years now. You can say no my symptoms are increasing with the pain, and my day to day suffering.
@@markdavis3871 I've had it done twice, which is when they found the hernia thats only a cm big. That only because of the size is the only reason why they say there isn't a cure for it.
@Ivette mona I wish doctors could've said that to me before. But, they're gonna refuse just because of its size. They will also be convinced that it's probably coming from IBS and not the hernia. But, I disagree because the symptoms are like getting closer to my diaphragm rather than colon.
@Ivette mona Well, the main thing is feeling emptiness in my upper abdomen after I eat and at night that's causing me hunger confusion. It makes me feel sooo hungry, and ends up making wires noises. Sometimes, ends up producing gas if I don't eat something, which I cannot get rid of either.
@Ivette mona They told me after my 2nd endoscopy that it's only a the size of 1 cm, which is why they didn't give me anything. If it were Gerd, which I've had for my whole life, then I wonder why till this age I would be having discomfort in my upper abdomen.
I suspect that I have a hiatal hernia, so I bought a plunger and started pulling up on my abdomen area with the plunger and I can feel the area where the hernia should be loosening up.

What causes the herniation to take place in the first place??
Increase intra abdominal pressure or injury to diaphram
obesity which cause widening of muscle fibers and less contraction from the diaphragmatic crura on the LES
