As a hypothetical question would you like to answer?
Strongest gymnast vs strongest calisthenics athlete in world, who wins? means i like to say, can a elite level gymnasts do what a elite calisthenics athlete can do and vice versa?? There may be some differences in both sport.

8:35 Do the lat/tricep stretch with your knees to your chest. Makes the exercise much more harder as you will struggle to point your elbows upwards.

Last week i did bench press and must have done something wrong because i got some dull shoulder pain at the rest rep. Felt it all week at random movements. Today i had the same issue. Did some rings exercises after, including hang stretch. The pain was gone!

In my experience the jefferson curl is not really good for hamstring flexibility. I found that bending forward with anterior pelvis instead and hold the position at the point where your back starts to bend was really useful. It can be really good for back pain and function though! Deadhang is really a lifechanger as well! love this approach for flexibility, instead of doing boring static stretches!

Those are amazing as well. I feel the hamstring in Jeff curls all the time 🥲

I don't hate stretching snd mobility.I love them both snd they make the bulk of my workouts.
Otherwise I love calisthenics snd without stretching there's no honey.

Dead hangs arent an issue, I do 60s ones several times a day. But I just tried the forward bend. I cant even pull my arms vertically. What a shame
