Just wanted to thank you guys for putting these how to videos up! Started getting into waterfowl this last year and just mounted my first goose. Thanks again!
Great video! I'm starting out with invasive starlings and eurasian doves, and being able to see what your doing skinning a larger bird is quite useful! Obviously I skip the head-beak skinning part, but it's good to know when I start doing ducks, it looks like so much fun! 🦆
Thank you for the video. It was really helpful. It would be nice if there was a little bit more detail in the smaller stuff other than that it was awesome thanks for what you do.
I’m very old school! I Will always use pantyhose leg stocking to protect feather in freezers. My uncle and his buddy were doing this back in the 50’s. I used it from the 60’s into the 21’s century. Blood will not dry if frozen right away. Even if blood dried on the hose to feathers there are techniques to dissolve the blood. I know them all!
If I wanna skin and flesh a bird and then leave it over night and and mount it in the morning should I freeze it or keep it soaked in water or what is the best way?
Nice to know because the taxidermist's around here are a bunch of twits, Make that bird look nice and the business will be coming out your ear's.Guaranteed. great video

Let’s see some fishing videos coming up it’s the season
It’s coming! We’re doing a tournament here in a couple weeks so I’ll upload that. Spawn is starting here in CA!
Mid Valley Mercenaries ok good we have been waiting for some good videos and maybe giveaways?!
Yes. We are definitely doing another giveaway at 2k subs.

Put it in a ziplock bag and put it in the refrigerator. You won’t have any issues

Thank you. He really is good. Looking forward to showing you guys the end results, I think you’ll be impressed.
Lol good one guys. Thanks
Can you guys do more videos on taxidermying ducks
Yes, it’s in the works
Does he have a channel because I am looking to do my own mount for a duck mount and I would like him to show a duck mount
No he doesn’t. It’s the same process for ducks and geese
How long do you let the birds hide stay in the borax
You don’t. Once you cover all of it that is enough time
Interesting

Things I learned:
My taxidermist is eating my duck meat.
So meticulous! Don't think I have the patience for that. Whew! Subbed! New tuber here. Check us out. Peace!
HoosierbackOD Thanks! You could do it, but it def takes patience, and Travis has more than I do lol.
