Oh YEA! Thumbs up for the USB method big time! I could NOT get that other one off and had to just remove the screws to get t off. Then I dropped one screw and now I have only one until I can get another.

So happy i found this just broke the nipple off my intake manifold installing new vacum lines im a put a screw threw the hole with jbweld and use this for the bov already ordered through the link
broke your nipple , so that is why they recommend to leave that vac line alone and work with after the t fittings coming off manifold because nipple is weak
@@dodgehemi5045 yea n i broke it removing a brand new hose its super weak n brittle
I also broke mine off. I got a 1/4 brass one and threaded the intake and used marine sealant. Works great.

Just ordered an adapter. Recently did new charge pipe with the TailQ bov. Is this what’s causing my low rpm surge/flutter? Hopefully the new hose fixes it!
I have a 535i XDrive and just added a new charge pipe and Tial bov and the map sensor is now attached to the charge pipe can I place the adapter where the the map sensor is now and cap the nipple on the manifold and add the 1/4 " line from the bov to the adapter on the charge pipe? Right now I forced the 5/32" line on to the BOV nipple and ran it on the nipple on the manifold which is a 5/32" nipple. Yours sounds awesome!
Aloha, does the 1/8 cap to close the original vacuum line on the manifold?
Do you have a log of before and after? Does it really minimize the spike at the shift point.
so there are 2 map sensors ? one on chargepipe and on on intake ?
Great video but with the plug cover for the old 1/8 line came off so maybe a little jbweld to keep the cap on because it will come off like mines did last week.

Great video and order it but bad communication with Omar from Vader Solution, has it on stock but after two weeks still no shipping. Maybe no luck for me but hope the product will make me happy.

Will this work the same with aftermarket DV? Was thinking the T-off that splits the line into 2 (1 for each DV) is small and tight and will restrict the vacuum anyways?
Qwickful thanks! I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. Only thing is about what you mentioned and the t-off splitting. The DV’s don’t really need it (I never had any issues with mine for 4 years with my Forge ones)

Installed my TurboSmart DV (Plumb Back) a few weeks ago and have been experiencing some fluttering during low acccelerations ("normal driving"), not too bad tho, just a little bit sometimes. Have no problem what so ever during hard acceleration so not sure why that is. Maybe that is normal, I'm not sure :)

Lee, I have lost track of your boost issue. What was the root cause of you not getting 18+ psi boost? You were doing so many things. Was it the diverter valves? Did you need the Forge BOV and Vader adapter to get there? Was there an aha moment where you found the magic boost you were looking for?
That cap that unused on the intake manifold where did u cap that off it looked like a small black cap I wish u showed where that went I am gonna order this piece as I need it for my bov just stumped on what u capped off
Elin Trinidad buy a 1/8” rubber vacuum cap and secure it with a small zip tie
Hey Lee, what screws are those that you used? I purchased this kit and it comes with some real ghetto hardware (fittings, lines & screws). I purchased better fittings and using the 1/4” hose the tial bov came with (if long enough idk yet). I just need better screws than what VS sends you which is some generic wood screws that don’t even fit into the adapter without some force. Thank you!

I deleted my cowl a year ago and it's been totally fine. No moisture at all, even during Harvey.
One of the first mods I did and I’m so happy every time I have to do work in the engine bay because it saves me time every time

Hey buddy, what is the spec (thread type size / barb size) of your 90 degree fitting between the adapter and the vacuum line?. Ordered mine from VS and it didn’t come with one .

Hey just curious why you decided to remove the BMS cowl filters you had on previously and reinstall the stock cowl? Was water getting inside the engine bay?
I had it a year and still have it and no water at all. Even during Harvey...however, I cut my cowel into pseudo M3 shape so there is still SOME water barrier.
I took mine off, threw it in the recycling bin and never looked back lol

its the JB4. Once you start to build boost it changes to a boost gauge.

lpa187 I’ve been back on 93 octane and it’s winter gas, so have to wait until spring to run 100 octane again

Ordered product a month ago, still haven’t gotten a delivery notice and I’ve emailed Vador solutions multiple times and still have not gotten back to me. Terrible Customer service and business

I bought it and my hose is completely different from yours. Mine is more of a plastic than rubber and also it’s the same size as OEM vaccuum line hose so it doesn’t fit around the BOV mouth and won’t stretch at all because it’s plastic not rubber.

Swagory so I figured out they give you 2 hose connectors/fittings and you’re supposed to take off the connector on your BOV and replace with one of theirs! I felt so stupid when I figured that out lol but nonetheless, it got the job done. Hope I helped bro

Nope it’s a rip off . Don’t buy it . Better off tapping the manifold . Read my recent comment . And after researching I found I’m not the only one with this issue

I noticed in the site that it’s additional $30 for the hose??
The hose and the fitting. Still seems steep since you can get nice 6mm silicone hose for like $1.50 a foot and a 1/8" NPT x 1/4" barb fitting for about $5. All in all, you can get more than enough hose and a fitting for under $10.

For both hose and fitting it’s less than $9 for 5 feet of 6mm hose and one 3mm cap. You can also chose your color of red blue and black (hoses only)
@@4x4runr Exactly the same place I used for my hoses as well. I also purchased 20 feet of 3.5mm and replaced all my vacuum hoses with the stuff from Verocious. Highly recommended, especially for older and high mileage vehicles. Those rubber hoses tend to crack and fail.
