Recently, one of our viewers, Lucas, reached out and suggested that we do an episode on Middle West Spirits' Dark Pumpernickel Rye Whiskey. We had heard of this whiskey, but neither of us had tried it. So we set out to find a bottle. None of our local stores had it and Middle West Spirits' website was out of stock, so we reached out to them to inquire about getting our hands on a bottle. We were fortunate enough to get in contact with Jennifer at Middle West and she graciously sent us samples of not only the Pumpernickel Rye, but also the Wheated Bourbon and Straight Wheat Whiskey.
