This is the Original Form of Ba Gua Zhang passed down from Jiang Rong-Qiao. It is here being taught by Sifu Jerry Alan Johnson. You can learn the complete form from this instructional video in two parts. The names of the moves should also be learned since they give hints about qi flow and application.
