@@metalandrockzone Rage with orchestra were incredible, what an experience. And Dynazty took me by surprise, they play power metal at the level of Beast in Black but seemingly noone has ever heard of them.
Bruce could literally put the whole Chemical Wedding album on his setlist and I'd be happy. That album has to be one of the most underrated metal albums, period. I assume he had "Chemical Wedding" "The Tower" "Book of Thel" and "The Alchemist" on the setlist from that album and that is good enough for me. You are a blessed one indeed to see these 3 bands in 24 hours! Great review as always. 🤘
Great review - very even-handed. I do like Maiden but they haven't done much to interest me since Brave New World to be honest. I have seen both Bruce and Maiden separately though - way way back I saw Maiden with Paul Di'Anno and Bruce when he was in Samson (under the name of 'Bruce Bruce'). Not seen Doro so I can't comment on that.
Damn that would have been amazing to see back when he was Bruce Bruce and to see Di'Anno early days. Saw Di'Anno last year and it was nostalgic but can't imagine how it was back then! Thanks for watching.

Sinner was good, I dont really like Victim of Change live, I never manage to concentrate during that song. I am aware that the problem is probably me and not the song!
I saw Dickinson and Priest at Graspop and I was really disappointed with Priest and their soundquality, And I think Hallford's voice wasn't that good. But off course this is my personal view
@@metalandrockzone He had only 50 minutes of playing time there, way too short. But he was on fire that day. I saw him end may in Tilburg and he had some voice problems, he had to skip book of Thel back then. But his voice at Graspop was great and he played Book of Thel, so I was a happy man.

Yes that album of his is great, I had not really listened to it until lately and I am so glad I found it.

I saw Bruce live a in May this year and i had a way better time than when i saw Iron Maiden last year.
