- Hi, in this video I wanted to demonstrate how to install these nice 'JBL GTO 629' speakers, I know the video is a bit long as it's detailed on how to install them on a Corolla.
Make sure to insulate the wires and the connection as this model have a design flaw that keeps water leaking to the speaker and corroding the wires and connectors.
I hope this was helpful and thanks for watching.

Those speakers are just for the 2 back doors isn’t?
In this video they are in the front, I think you can mount them in the rear, check the mounting screws on your car and assess.
I did same install and im having a really hard time getting door panel back on seems like speaker is to big plz help
Start from the top (don’t forget the door cables), then align all the clips, the speaker can’t be that big.
How is the sound without amplifier please reply
I don’t have an amp and it’s nice, I get a lot of compliments.

Hello, I just posted the best way to insulate the wires as the connectors I used got loose and the speaker stopped working.

Sorry man, this video wasn’t a review, it’s hard to tell on RUclips as well.
