I love the “define specifically what you want to work on at this time” as it’s clear, actionable and narrows things down. I decided sharing my message on RUclips was my priority as I really enjoy the process of creating videos, so I cut out time spent on all the other social channels and it’s freed up so much time but more importantly, mental space! Thanks for doing what you do! 🙌❤️🙌

Hi Marie! I’ve been practicing self care since the pandemic began. I meditate and exercise 4-5 days a week. It helps a lot and makes me feel good about myself. I definitely need to work on my diet and what I put in my body.
"Focus on one thing" really hit home! Now that things are slowly opening up in my city, I feel like there's a million things I want to do besides my day time job...create music, art, videos etc etc. Will pray on it & see which one sticks haha. Thanks Marie! You are awesome!
I love this video it is so practical and not that difficult to apply! I have been exercising everyday for years (even just 20m) doing meditation and doing EFT daily for the last 2 months (thanks to Marie) and I just look forward to doing these practices everyday.

Great video! I think it’s also important to acknowledge that it is very normal to not feel motivated right now or during any times of crisis. Most people are languishing, and we don’t need to make ourselves be motivated or feel bad about being less motivated than ideal. Instead, we can honour our feelings as normal, take a deep breath and trust that it will pass, and then choose 1 simple step or action to do each day to move a little forward.
