"Focus on one thing" really hit home! Now that things are slowly opening up in my city, I feel like there's a million things I want to do besides my day time job...create music, art, videos etc etc. Will pray on it & see which one sticks haha. Thanks Marie! You are awesome!

I exercised a lot for past 1year + and my general health improved and has not fallen sick since then
Hi Marie! I’ve been practicing self care since the pandemic began. I meditate and exercise 4-5 days a week. It helps a lot and makes me feel good about myself. I definitely need to work on my diet and what I put in my body.
I love this video it is so practical and not that difficult to apply! I have been exercising everyday for years (even just 20m) doing meditation and doing EFT daily for the last 2 months (thanks to Marie) and I just look forward to doing these practices everyday.

2. CHOOSE ONLY ONE PROJECT (NOT AMBIGUITY) & REMIND YOURSELF WHY YOU WANT TO STICK TO THAT PROJECT
3. SET A DEADLINE FOR THAT PROJECT & REJECT ALL THE NEW PROPOSALS THAT ARE THROWN AT YOU THAT WILL INTERFERE WITH YOUR PROJECT AND DEADLINE

Great video! I think it’s also important to acknowledge that it is very normal to not feel motivated right now or during any times of crisis. Most people are languishing, and we don’t need to make ourselves be motivated or feel bad about being less motivated than ideal. Instead, we can honour our feelings as normal, take a deep breath and trust that it will pass, and then choose 1 simple step or action to do each day to move a little forward.
