Honestly every map was really well balanced, and the weapons felt strong and capable. Getting kills felt so rewarding and it felt amazing playing. Honestly I can’t speak highly enough of this game.

@@niallhall1391 then they had to go and kill it with the sequel. If they remade this game with today’s movement mechanics, and graphics. I think this game would make top charts for a while. Even the campaign was fun. Which is really rare for games nowadays.

Man I remember the good ol times when my dad used to play this game he really loved it, I would watch him play and he would get excited and would also let me have a turn, I'm 17 now it sure does bring back good memories.

The thumbnail is from MOH Warfighter. Didn’t expect to see MOH 2010! Dude MOH 2010 is a god send FPS game. It’s a crying shame people didn’t know what they were missing. Loved this game and wish they’d remaster it even though the graphics still look great to this day! Yeah, you can find a full server once on a blue moon on the 360.

@@Protonwar The multiplayer was developed by DICE so no wonder. It felt like something in between BC2 and BF3.
wouldn't shame anyone for missing this they could've made the MOH 2010and warfighter so much better the maps were so narrow or claustrophobic they just really let this series go down the shitter, thanks EA and DICE

They probably still do. I think it is the publisher who won't let developers build like that as it ruins their image as a company.

I am currently making an FPS based on real things, it'll be something new and it for sure has potential but currently focusing on a Viking / medieval styled game first.
Loved this game, it was literally bf but a smaller scale

It was actually the test for frost bite to be used online before bf 3 came out.

The campaign for Medal of Honor was of great execution. I remember literally crying when I beat the game. One of my favorite things was that your melee didn't have a timer so if you were out of ammo and some guy came rushing a door and you knifed him, you could spam knife and follow that guy to the ground stabbing over and over, a unique experience in any first person shooter.
Usually when you look back at an older game's graphics, you can see the age. But MOH is still as beautiful as I remember it. Definitely going to buy this game on PC when I get the chance
Its the Frostbite engine. Back in 2010s the frostbite was an insane engine compared to the others. Bad Company 2 and MOH 2010 were launch with frostbite 1.5. Today the frostbite its not really much of a deal. We're still on a heavly modified version of Frostbite 3 at least until 2022, that's a 3 generations engine. EA simply stalled, just like Activision did with it's IW engine, which runned from CoD 2 in 2005 up to Black Ops 4. They just used a project built from the strach in 2019's MW. It's said Mass Effect 5 will use Unreal Engine...
I'd say look into if servers are still running or even populated. If not, try Insurgency 2. You won't regret.

because it was 720p 30 fps on PS3/360. Running on PC at 1440p at 60+ fps looks like a hd remaster.

I distinctively remember playing this on PS3 on a New Years Eve around 2011/12, I was addicted to the gameplay, as commented in the video, a naturally satisfying experience. Im pretty sure it was the limited edition version with the BF3 Beta included 😅.
Fun fact: The game was banned on military bases due to the fact you kill Marines as terrorists while we were at war with terrorist in real life at the time.
I think it was the fact that the OPFOR faction was called the the Taliban

I loved how it was BF but focussing on infantry combat and man was it superb! The pointstreak system that allowed you to get kills or help your team was great as well
It does have that Close Quarters BF3 feel. But with more BC2 dna.

Sadly the best thing they could come with is a VR game that only got negative review and I don't see any way they can make it a decent contender between cod and bf.
But yeah, good times, I really thought modern MOH was a good idea.

@@rocketracer111 ah yeah, I am playing all the Battlefield campaign’s now on PS5 just ran through Modern Warfares and Cold War is on the way in the mail, got it for $35 PS5 disc. Battlefields are fun too, but this medal of honor looks great ! I can’t believe it was from 11 years ago wow!

This game had the absolute best audio. It was so crisp and beautiful. I was a beast at this game and loved it.
If there’s one thing i loved about the game is that the US troops looked like US troops and the taliban looked like and were indeed the taliban. No fictional, made up bad guys. The game had some sinister realism to it for me in terms of that. Plus the cellphone IED

@Rocky Montana Garcia mayne subjective opinion, but I think the multiplayer graphics in this look better than Vanguard (note: Vanguard's SINGLE PLAYER graphics look amazing, as is the case for most of the series' campaigns).

I remember playing this and bad company 2 at the same time. It was really easy to jump between the games because the feel of both games were very similar
When we came back from our deployment l, this game was being played in our barracks.. so much great memories.. I wish Xbox would put it on their store

Oh god i miss this game so much. My dad and i would stay up late playing this always looking for the top 3 spot and always made it there because when a game is so fun you just go beast mode.
This was an amazing game and multiplayer was so refined, they should have continued this game series
For me is still the best FPS I have ever played. The campaign was amazing and the multiplayer was really satisfying to play even when you had bad games, it just felt so right. I never got the same feeling with BF, it get's a lot more frustrating for some reason.
To bad Warfighter didn't live up to the MoH 2010, wich eventually led to MoH demise. That and the 100% focus on Battlefield.

This was my absolute favorite shooter when it game out , I was too young to understand the whole media side of its failure but I actually started playing this over bf 3 at the time
I was just talking about this game the other day ... One of the most memorable experiences I've had on multiplayer. This, and bad company 2.
The nostalgia... I was so sad when the good days were over. There's nothing like the streaks in these it was so satisfying.

What killed it was poor man's version of Frostbite without destruction. Bad Company 2 had simply superior gameplay experience. Still remember getting the beta key in summer 2010 I was very disappointed how sterile the enviroment is.
It wasn't that it was hardcore it was that it was very limited in terms of content. It's the ideal FPS, people don't move too quickly and guns are deadly.

This was my favourite game back in like 2017 at the local internet café (40 pcs) and pretty much Friday night 20 of us would all cram into a lobby and dominate if we were all stacked on the same team during team deathmatch maps such fun times. Glad to hear the game is still thriving
Man. Medal of Honor series are very underated. I remember play MoH 2010 and Warfighter many times when I wanted to take a break from BFBC2 and BF3 at that time
The singleplayer campaign had a sniping mission which I will never forget. It was so amazing!

this game was crazy fun, i used to play this and battlefield 3 all the time, i loved the way the bullets hitting you sounded so i’d turn up my head set to make it more “realistic” every time i’d get hit by a sniper i’d jump haha this medal of honor was a golden one they need to remake this for next gens

I keep coming back to campaign mode of this game I love the whole feel except that helicopter gunner mission. My eyes can't cope with the environment and it made me realize I have mo future in military life. Thanks to this game for that.

I really liked MoH Warfighter. Unfortunately the maps were super imbalanced. On almost every map it was possible to spawn trap the enemy team. But it was fun nontheless

The multiplayer was so good in this game. Climbed so high up in the leaderboards back in the day. It was glitchy and stuff but it was still so much fun

The weapon animations are extremely similar to BFBC2, almost 1:1.

Got this for my 10th birthday, I loved it so much, my dad always got me the new fps games when I was younger, I miss those times so much.
One thing I loved about this was the lean mechanic, you could lean up and down so you didn't have to rely on the crouch button to peak over or duck under cover 👍

Medal of honor 2010 was the first game I ever played on xbox live back in 2011. I loved the campaign but the multiplayer blew me away... literally I was getting destroyed but I absolutely loved it. I still remember my first kill and game. It was a great game to be introduced to xbox live. Even made a couple of good friends on there. I miss it so much
