@@Eagle-ci9dr I think there is one Shell or something that you can shoot indoors without fear of too much Back Blast or Over Pressure. I remember seeing it on that one dudes Tv show that died.

It’s already taxiing on pc hardware, I’m playing on 1440p, the amount of AI pushes me down to 50 FPS when there’s 20 guns firing at once lmao

Wait until you hear the voicelines your character does when you are the last man standing
When you shot someone in the head from close distance the head will explode and you can hear how the blood comes out and some places of the skull etc fall on the ground

the AI def is not the strongside of the game. i had the impression though that with the ISMC mod and AI mods that had been running on several servers the AI felt a lil bit more natural but still... nothing out of the extraordinary.

I really like when the screen is not cluttered with tutti-fruti HUD like in some other games. It's easier for the viewers to focus on the action.

even the base game has a pretty minimal HUD, especially in Hardcore. I do like not having a million things thrown in my face

scavs are not challenging they just no were you are at all times and have op aim bot tarkov ai is lazy the second you put your crosshair over them they instantly no were you are from any distance

I duno if ur realy the guy who created this but please add the sterling to the mod too and the military training to the M82A1 PLEASE, it's annoying that the M82 is the only weapon I found that doesn't reload faster... this game's timing to reload is so annoying and this mod kinda make me love this game again so plz if ur realy part of the team of this mod please do this

I count you use 3 full of mags. In vanilla yes you spend all of ammo, but dunno in this mod. Never try this before.

I love how his "challenging" is bots snapshotting players, tracing them through walls, and god-pathing (knowing where players are without knowing where they are, and 'magically' finding them, acting surprised, and engaging).
@@DxBlack That's literally "challenging AI" nowadays... Its the only way devs make AI, they aren't very creative anyway.

Still stuck on the original Insurgency on Steam on an iMac. But Hardcore Coop Checkpoint is still a blast with a good team on the highest difficulty setting.

Love these Insurgency: Sandstorm uploads brother
This is making me want to pick up insurgency again; I was a huge fan of the original one, but haven't played sandstorm since the beta that much
Karmakut's servers mainly use ISMC, and improvedAI (on max difficulty) mod. It's incredibly challenging, and most people who are just jumping in PUB style will most likely die instantly, it really does require you have to have a coordinated team or else you're screwed.

the ISMC mod is so cool, I remember one game that took us like 8 tries to complete. Completely insane when you commander calls the chopper and it gets like 20 kills

The AI is just not smart enough for this to seem _realistic_ . It looks like they just have their accuracy turned up making them harder to play against. The paths that the AI take are so dumb sometimes - It’s like they’re suicidal.
At one point you guys are pinned down in a building with shotguns and the enemy AI decides to walk right into the room single file all through the same door... you easily take out that whole squad with your shotgun.
It’s like the AI’s train of thought is this:
_If_ you hear gunfire-> walk to the place where gunfire was heard, _If_ you see the enemy -> shoot enemy
Sadly it looks like the AI doesn’t consider any tactics like suppressing or even just grouping up.
Nah, the AI is not dumb, they have ADHD.

The only thing that's bugging me is the holo on your guns, they compensate the guns recoil for some reason and it looks really funny lol look at the holo when drew shoots especially with the shotty

With certain weapons you can easily explode limbs and heads in the game.
With any weapon above a certain caliber you’ll get flying body parts and exploding heads, explosives will also fling limbs everywhere

This game never gets the love it deserves the crazy details on the equip animations are stuff that not even AAA games do as well.

Its a little unfortunate that this isn't something everybody can get into. I bought Insurgency thinking that this would be relatively easy to set up with a few friends but its really not if you don't have cash to burn for a server.
Buy Arma 3 its the best.
Are the ai modes still available if you don’t get a server?
Just buy Escspe from Tarkov and have 10x more fun with insane PvP envolved into the fight instead of scripted bots that will get u bored fast
@@sixmonthgaze135 for solo play? yes. If you are using mods you need to load the map/modes etc. thru the console. you can play with friends without buying a server, you just need to find one with enough open spaces. (Which standard matchmaking should handle if you party up first)

tbf that's more realistic than most fps, I love how the RPG (or any other launcher) actually has backblast and the "rocket" works like an actual grenade where the area of effect is more than 1 meter from the explosion

If they didn’t have the wave after wave that’d be ideal.
They should have the enemy centralized around the objective (20-30 insurgents) and then you maneuver through the city clearing buildings/ adhering to the intel to find the next objective.

The AI is still unfortunately horseshit. Constantly lining up in doorways to get killed one by one. Rarely taking cover or flanking. The difficulty comes from the low TTK and the sheer number of bots.
That’s why I play pvp

"Realism" shoots full auto with barely any recoil with perfect accuracy.
I can tell you from experience that the Uzi really is that easy to shoot full auto. And yes even that accurately.
@@oodsigma4482 well yeah.. it's a pistol cartridge. But I can tell you from experience that shooting a m4 on full auto you won't even be on target. Let alone that AK
@@TomP-148 not sure what your experience level is but I've seen fairly inexperienced shooters keep a full auto M4 pretty on target. 5.56mm doesn't have much recoil anyway. Hold it properly and it's pretty damn controllable.
