- I will be putting every FE2 map into a tier list over the next couple of weeks to create the Ultimate FE2 Map Tier List!

I feel like marred is underrated. It has a really unique setting and separates it from other maps. Honourable mention to the remake.
To me I understand the atmosphere but also the map looks all jumbled and unpleasant to look at the design for me would be low, gameplay would be like a 7 or and 8 and the ost well boonmoon said it himself in the video.
Tbh i think that retro coast is S tier. Sure, it can be a bit cluttered at times but, i love the old video game references and the OST? Just perfect. It suits the map perfectly and overall, the map is definitely a 30/30.
The OST is weird, quite nice doe. The decoration and the many obstacles though while also the confusing gameplay and sometimes repetitive, I'd put it on B or C...
Like there's literally a door used quite a few times that is once supposed to be wraparounded instead of opened by a button-
@@alcateltablet883 the gameplay is ok but i love the ost because the sort of 8-bit tunes mixed with the beach ambients is just good in my opinion also yeah that wraparound part is weird

As someone that really loves tier lists and rankings, this video is something that i've been anticipating for a while and man, did it deliver! The editing is absolutely phenomenal and the ranking system is really polished, mostly agreed with the rankings, though I'd personally move Forsaken Era up a tier or two at least - not only are the gameplay and visuals top-notch, but the map has a lot of interactive background elements that allow for alternate paths (like the climbable temple) and are just great for messing around with in general, so it gives experienced players more replay value while still keeping the main route simple for newcomers.

For me, i think i love axiom and forsakens OSTs. Also why you didnt talk about forsaken eras OST when it was resued by satomi ? Its ok btw i love yr vids :)

I (personally) think castle tides deserves C, the straight line factor is a problem but other than that I love the design and music.
Other than that I think this tierlist is perfect :)
Lowkey in my opinion I feel like you were way too generous with most of these maps especially with the OST rankings when an ost like Zemblanity which I feel is kind of a bland ost gets a 9.5/10 (I would give it like a 5/10) whats going to happen with most of the insane maps which have very good osts and Crazy maps which all have outstanding soundtracks. Even some normal maps like Construction Thrill and Decrepit Seas have really good OSTs. 10/10 is going to be way too common amongst the maps. How can Zemblanity’s ost be on the same level as a map like decaying silo. If Zemblanity gets a 9.5/10 on the ost maps like avm, ds, ssr, pc, and more should be getting like 20/10 scores on the ost and this is all constructive criticism this is still a very good video that I thoroughly enjoyed and once again this is all my opinion
I feel like the other way around tbh. He gave Forsaken Era high ratings on all 3 categories yet put it in B tier. Me personally I'd say S tier

what do you use to record your gameplay? obs struggles with recording roblox ever since the byfron update.
oh yeah I also get that issue, and I dealt with it by just recording my entire screen rather than using game capture

Honestly, I think Castle Tides is an “ideal” easy map - In multiplayer servers, the straight line “problem” can actually help newcomers beat the round and also show them some of the basics. In solo, the difficulty is good for an easy map, and there’s no straight line “problem”. The obstacles are okay, the OST is great, and the design is good for when it was made, and it still holds up to today. I think it should be in at least high-C tier. Most of everything else I agree with, but I think Zemblanity, Eerie Peaks, and Polar Industry should all be raised up by one difficulty, and Marred Dreams be moved down by one, too.
