Farm Fence solutions , or Kencove have t post clips. The best thing is to put some tension on the wire. Strainer bars and a couple of 2-ton comealongs and gripples ( farm fence solutions or kencove ) make a huge difference. Goats aren't hard to keep in, but the wire has to be tight

Ours just rubbed on the so much the break the ties off
Ive seen those ties (some name brand) but have never went to track them down. Always wanted to try them.
