For anyone looking to replace the intercooler outlet hose (intercooler to throttlebody) the trick to getting it in is to remove the two 13mm bolts on that grey bracket on the driver side that runs from the bottom of the intercooler to the subframe. This allows the intercooler and radiator to move forward allowing the hose to get through. Bolts heads are only accessible from above and the hose kind of obscures them when its in so it might be a pain in the ass for the removal but it makes the install 100% easier. Thank @mishazorskiy357 as he brought this up elsewhere in the comments!

So my PCV valve has now also failed causing air to get sucked into the intake manifold through the PCV hose during idle and when not under boost, so pretty soon I'll be installing a 5/8 inch 1 way valve in that vacuum line instead of replacing the entire intake manifold and then when under boost the airflow switches from the intake manifold sending air and blow-by to the turbo which is where my oil catch can will catch all of that blow by before it reaches the turbo! Also I just got ZZPerformance Cold Air Intake and Intercooler kits on the black friday sale and the parts arrived today, and I don't want the new intercooler and pipes to ever get any oil or blow by in them, which is why I'm doing the oil catch can, but first I want to spray paint my pipes for fun, so I probably won't have videos posted until next month, but be looking out for those! Also failed PCV valve causes code P1101 and lots of engine surging, but if you remove the PCV vacuum line and put your hand on the intake manifold the surging stops instantly and then you can restart the engine without a check engine light, so I know the one way valve trick will work when I do it soon.

I JUST REPLACED A WHOLE BUNCH OF STUFF ON MY 2011 CHEVY CRUZE TURBO, AND THE LAST PART I HAD TO BUY STRAIGHT FROM THE DEALERSHIP, IT WAS THE INTERCOOLER INLET HOSE THAT HAS THAT PLASTIC ELBOW AND CONNECTS TO THE BOTTOM PASSENGER SIDE OF THE RADIATOR, JUST LIKE YOU POINTED OUT THAT CLIP ON YOUR VIDEO 3:45 , I THOUGHT I PUSHED IT FAR ENOUGH, IT SEEMED IT HELD ON PRETTY GOOD, BUT A COUPLE DAYS WENT BY AND I STARTED TO GET A COOLANT LEAK AND MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON WITH THE CODE THAT I COULDN'T GET RID OF P0420 AFTER REPLACING ALMOST EVERYTHING I COULD THINK OF. Thanks for sharing this. Do you believe that the intercooler line from the Turbo to the intercooler can be replaced without removing the front bumper? I noticed that the line on my cruze, plastic connection at the intercooler, is slightly wet with oil and is clipped in place. But the clip looks like it's buried pretty far back there. How much oil did you end up getting out of the intercooler? What was your problem, or symptoms of oil in the intercooler if it wasn't from the PCV Intake issue, which you mention below.
If you have a discussion on this over at Cruzetalk let me know, and you won't have to type everything again.

Dave G sorry for slow reply! Yes, just the first plastic engine guard has to come off. Flat head to pop clip. Probably a small cup full came out, hard to tell how much the gas got out. After cleaning the car just kinda ran better i guess, the oil was preventing the air to cool, I believe it bumped my mpg a gallon or two also. Have you tried adding an oil catch can on the 5/8ths inch vacuum line between the turbo and intake manifold to catch the oil? I'm about to add one on mine. Under vacuum I believe all the oil is in that vacuum line, but under boost the oil then goes to the intercooler and throttle body and pipes. My theory is that if you catch oil while not under boost then there won't be much oil if any going through the intercooler and pipes while under boost. I will soon be testing this theory.
