- Liver is a very important organ in our body which not only removes certain wastes from our body but also detoxifies some medicines and poisonous material which we may come across in our lives.
There are certain edibles which help Liver in above mentioned task.these foods include fatty fish ,olive oil ,nuts,certain vegetables,tea and coffee ,grapefruits,grapes cactus fruits ,cranberries and blackberries etc and should be included in our daily diets .

کانٹوں والے پھل کو پنجاب میں تھور تَرّپَڑ ( ترپڑ پرانا جوتا )بھی کہتے ہیں بچپن میں ھم پکے ھوئے اس پھل کو گاؤں کے قریب جنگل میں جا کر رج رج کے کھایا کرتے تھے
