Since I've been asked several times, I'll pin a comment answering the question.
"Does the pit actually fill with bodies?"
Yes and no. It was a removed feature that I plugged back in for the video. The devs wanted it to originally be like Dark Souls 2's total player death counter in Majula, except instead of just numbers, the eventual body count would unlock a new area and boss for everyone. Unfortunately, mulitplayer gave them issues in SnS1, so it got scrapped and replaced with invisible platforms.
...which means you all better get to dying repeatedly in SnS2 haha
I think deaths gambit has that feature.
Ah, so not you goon's deaths, but the entire community's deaths.
Given the ending ascended you into some sort of sky fish. Yep, issues.
I love how this run basically amounted to a normal Lemon run with an extra empty healthbar in the top right

I am also curious if you're excited for the Death's Gambit expansion. One of my favorite "souls like" games, bit rough around the edges but still something I love dearly and super excited for.

Can you beat dsr with a non upgraded estoc?

@@TheBacklogs if i remember the estoc is a pretty good weapon in dsr, i havent played dsr so dont take that with a grain of SALT (heh)

Is it a offline co_op game
Yes you just have to have the sell sword idol and offer it at a sanctuary. The sell sword npc allows for another character on the same file/account to become player 2
Against my fight with the Coveted the Axe landed outside the arena, and i shoot it with my pistol until it was dead ^^
