Very few stills here to evaluate this camera, but what really grabbed me is the boat mounted tripod, it I had that, many of my shots would be keepers!

OMG... I AM IN LOVE!!! 😍🥰😍🥰
Oh, the camera seems great but Janine is something else.
So you're telling me that I have to go to the jungle to meet the most amazing and beautiful woman? Please come to Texas - we have wildlife here as well. The cows and horses over here are fantastic to photograph.
    Janine!!!!

I think Canon should put the 1DX Mark III and 600mm in her hands for a long term use scenario. She could use that, create great photos with her expertise. At the same time, as she uses it alongside her clients, they would see what an excellent tool, in the hands of a master can produce.

I have a question... so, Janine says she loves the new AF selector mouse.
However what's not clear on any RUclips video I've seen is can you use that button to actually start auto focus ( back button focus) after you move the selector cursor around?
I mean, you swipe the mouse and move your AF SELECTION from the right most point over to the left most point... then what? Just landing on one of the 191 AF points automatically starts focusing on that point? Or, does it work like the tradional joy stick...move the cursor to a point, then PRESS THE AF-On button to start auto focus?
Interestingly enough though, 11:54:00 Janine noted "can't help but love this new camera, NEVERTHELESS, it will be difficult to tear my 1DX2 out of my hands...."
So, from the sounds of it, she was saying she really liked the upgrades but not enough to buy the new camera. Brave and honest.
Am I the only one hearing that?

Yes you can set up the AF-ON button so that you can slide the focus point around whether the button is pressed in or not. Whatever way you like it, you can set it up that way. So if you want to move it around first and then press the button to activate focus, not a problem. It's all in the custom menus.

Consistant high standard of presentation, still interesting even though the 1DXIII is too expensive for my bag. Would like to see a review here of the Canon mirrorless systems though. Thanks again.

Janine is holding nearly $22000 worth of equipment in her hand, luckily she has banking background in her.

I am happy I migrated to Sony, sorry, but I can't take the noisy click-clack of the DSLR s any longer. Try a Sony A9 II together with a Sony 600mm 4.0 GM and you know what the fastest camera in the world is. Sorry, guys, but the time of DSLRs is over. With a Sony A9 II you get shots you will definitely miss with any DSLR.

Your A9II was eatin alive by 1DX III. 16fps mechanical and 20fps in silence and live view with unlimited burst of photos. Your A9II? Is like a toy. Would stop after how many photos and 10fps mechanical and 20fps in live view. LOL

Robert Bardon Oh really? Hahaha...you know the truth about the 1DX dinosaur. It is from yesterday. Tomorrow your EF lenses will be worth nothing as even Canon is dumping EF Mount. Hahahaha....

@@Stefan1968ful Canon ef lenses will last. I don't know your sony lenses and stake to your point about the speed of your sony camera against 1DX III. Looks like you are here to comment without viewing the video LOL. :D

Robert Bardon Ah, is that so? Your feedback really impresses me now. But I understand. It must be a terrible feeling for you, knowing the future is mirrorless but all money went into old DSLR technology which will be worth nothing in 2 or 3 years. You have my sympathy :) LOL

@@Stefan1968ful Your opinion and feeling is different than mine. And may I remind you Canon R5 is coming in mirrorless side of Canon. Let us see if how is your Sony cameras will perform against it.
