Bloggers often post top reasons to travel (or even move/retire) and things to do and see in Belize…sounding a lot like promoting tourism for profit. Rarely do bloggers talk about the other (ugly) side and things that you would consider avoiding. Posting both the pros and cons from views of the locals, tourists and expats is the right thing to do…how do locals feel about tourists and expats and how do tourists and expats feel about the locals.

Wow I just came from Belize and I hated it . This video actually makes me want to go back and visit my two horses I have there.don’t get me wrong it’s a nice place to visit. But the people suck especially the government there. They have no idea of what they’re doing.I enjoy the nature though. If you stay in the tourist area you will be with other tourists. The locals shouldn’t give you a hard time as there be too busy trying to impress for a tip.
