I made the recipe. It is really good. One thing though, one scoop of the batter did not produce big buns like chef AJ’s, just saying. For the frosting, I did not have white sweet potatoes on hand so I made a frosting with white beans and it was very good and healthy.

In one of your past video you stated you don’t eat oatmeal because it is like eating cake, how about this muffins? They are mostly oats. How many calories does one hold? Getting into this starch solution eating lifestyle “studying” all your videos, like them all. You normality and approachability is awesome :)
I made these, would rate them OK. They are basically an oat/banana muffin. If you want more of a cinnamon roll check out The Jaroudi Family, pumpkin cinnamon rolls. Much more like a traditional cinnamon bun. Just being honest, obviously some people really like these. I always have some of the hannah yam "icing" in my freezer, as it freezes quite well and defrosts pretty quick.

I just made these. I love the texture, but my muffins have a slight bitter aftertaste. In the past I have noticed this from millet, so I sub oatflour when your recipes call for millet, but no millet flour here! Maybe the baking powder?
Just wanted to add, I "drifted" over the holidays, and a batch or two of your baked goods (ahem, CRAM muffins,) help me transition back to the real world. Thanks for making such an effort to come up with legal treats.
