Anyone who does it the first time they dont know the correct way of sucking the smoke or inhaling it. Basically 2 to 3 tries and you get a hang of it. Reason that both coughed is bc first try it hits you throat which leads you to cough and i knew it coming 😂

i vaped heavy for a year and quit when i got pregnant, i never want to be addicted again and so glad i was able to stop

@@destynekorryn3513 I've heard that slowly decreasing the amount of nic in the vapes you get, as you're trying to quit may help. That way your body is adjusting to less nic rather than going straight cold turkey. Hope that can help someone :)

I've smoked cigarette since age 16 and now I'm 43. My oldest kept begging and begging me to try the vapes so I did and I can say that I haven't had a cigarette in about 7 months and a vape lasts me about a month now as well so it's actually worked for me in regards to, I no longer even have a thought of wanting a cigarette and because of my extreme acid reflex/heartburns, vaping is taporing down fast. So I'm excited knowing the vapes I usually get usually only last people about a week and with me it's roughly a month or a little over. And I can't wait to be completely done!

No really, I do lol. there's this homeless cat that comes on my garden doorstep everyday and meows EVERY day for food, we buy cat food especially for him and he gives me all the cuddles I need. About the vape, I am SO addicted and it helps my depression. But in the long run, it's not good. my mouth literally feels like it's developing something like gum disease, it hurts, so does my tongue. I need to find a better way to deal with this depression before I eventually end up in hospital, urgh.
