I don't understand. Why are people making these comments. The UC jingles are tacky. I understand that perhaps, it can serve as a reminder to help one tie the moveset with a specific place in the jingle. But frankly and imo and experience, I find it uneccessary and really offputting.
I like the variety of blood colors. There’s literally more blood colors in this than in MK9 and MK11, unless you also count sand and electricity, as well. The standard red blood, Sabrewulf’s green blood, Gargos’s, Riptor’s, and Arbiter’s purple blood, Mira’s grey blood, and Hisako’s black blood.
Normally I get everyone complaining that there isn't any blood at all. It's nice to see someone actually paying attention to the finer details in this game :)

I still need to try the others in this game But all in all, this game is the best one that I have played out of all three installments of this series.

@@DoctorBearJones Thanks! I'm getting the hang of linking the combos and extending them with the counter-breakers. At first, I didn't know what I was doing while I was playing, but at the same time, I was already doing some wicked combos as the numbers varied. Like I said before, I'm good at using Aria, as well as using Tusk, Sadira, and surprisingly, Hisako-the girl that everyone uses. But alas, I'm not good at using the likes of TJ Combo, Cinder, or Kim Wu. As for Kim Wu, what happened? I think they changed her combo pattern.
@@kalonjirivers8902 I played Kim Wu when she dropped, got all the achievements and moved on. So any update after that initial month or so, I couldn't tell you specifics. I have a difficult time with the more technical characters...but then again every character can be technical if you put in the time.
I want to say the more rugged look helps. He was way too shiny, smooth and handsome to be this dark. It led to us getting two different characters though, so I am happy with that.

the double and triple ultras are super cool, but the singes may be my favorite. you play the cool part of your characters theme, and then end it with a big finishing move. nice and clean
Jago's sounds the best to me. It actually has a rhythm that I can follow while everyone else's are kinda all over the place, but still I like all of them 👍

Personal favourite out of all the ultra combo themes, is Sadira's. Gargos had a pretty nice theme, but what I can only describe as the creeping death metal, of Sadira's wins out. Have to wonder what combining Sadira's and Mira's theme, would be like?
Omen's ultra combo is a bit clunky sounding, but it makes sense for his character, apparently he's not used to having a corporeal body, hence his awkwardness.
A brief look at the visual aesthetics of the game might not give the best representation of how well a game did, I do understand if it doesn't hit the nostalgia bone for people that played the originals. It is still worth a shot, if you ever want to give it a try.
It did eventually make the jump to PC. With Microsoft not pulling the numbers this console generation, it definitely didn't help. Seeing as it was a launch title, I feel you on it making it onto other platforms.
My best friend in high school had an SNES in the mid 90s, and the original Killer Instinct had a release on that console. I wasn’t very good at the game overall, but I knew all of Fulgore’s combos. And for whatever reason, he couldn’t stop me with any of his characters. Not even when he played with Fulgore. He couldn’t break any of my combos on him. And I won each match every time until one day he got mad and never played KI with me ever again except at the mall or at Cici’s Pizza 😂 We were like brothers, but he just couldn’t handle that and couldn’t practice enough to beat me. Like, I didn’t even have the game - I only played it at his mom’s house 😂😂
I like that they have integrated the music to the ultra’s but I think if we were really being honest if they would’ve KEPT THE ULTRA FINISHERS FROM Killer instinct 1 to the CLASSIC CHARACTERS it would’ve been a whole lot better “JAGO” “SHADOW JAGO”“ SABREWULF” “THUNDER” and “COMBO” are the only ones that are just spectacular and Just perfect to the CORE of Ki Rash is unique to his character styles, and origin I really like this Mira character too her combo is dope the rhythm to her combos is very well put together
I want to say danger moves are the shadow supers in relation. Instead of having to be low on life you build bar to use one. Humiliations never made it back in, but you could say Ultimates took that spot, because earning one without losing a life bar has a humiliating quality to it.
I like musical aspect of it alot, but it's not as "as the old combos were, there's those breaks that makes it easier for the noobs so that everyone can do it which I think is pretty cool.

They essentially are their own finishers. It just has a rhythmic composition to it. In general the majority of the music is fantastic in this game.
I think it depends on the music you pick cause another video had Rash do an ultra combo on Jago’s stage, but the beat was the same one used here

I am a fighting game fan myself. I never dived too far into SC except for two...mainly because of Link and Spawn and VF was always an arcade favorite.

I didn't know that there were orchestrated melodies with every hit on most of the characters....
It's actually with all of the characters. Some of the Ultras were sped up from their initial length, so it's a bit trickier to hear it all.

The character designs are fantastic. I grew up with COTA so the MVC series will always hold a special place for me, but I definitely love fatalities.

Mira is Maya's sister believed to be dead. She is actually the undead as a vampire. She uses blood manipulation/magic much like Skarlet from MK.

what happened to the danger moves and humiliations
I want to say danger moves are the shadow supers in relation. Instead of having to be low on life you build bar to use one. Humiliations never made it back in, but you could say Ultimates took that spot, because earning one without losing a life bar has a humiliating quality to it.

I like musical aspect of it alot, but it's not as "as the old combos were, there's those breaks that makes it easier for the noobs so that everyone can do it which I think is pretty cool.
Spawn, General Grevious, Carnage, Vilgax, Kroenen, Younger Toguro, Medusa Gorgon would be awesome guest characters.
