The biggest mindset shift I ever had in sales is I am the doctor and who I am speaking with is the patient. Would you talk to your doctor the way you speak to most salesman? Absolutely not, you're attentive, have respect and follow the doctors rules. They only spend a few minutes with you before providing a solutions as well. Only in typical sales like real estate are we disrespected because we don't have the right mindset from the start.
I've been following Steve's work since he started his Real Estate Disruptors channel. I was one of his first 100 subscribers. He deserved being on this show.
He is sharing some Chris Voss’s tactics by employing a no oriented question and labels. The expectations and disqualifications come from sander sales training system.
@@DisruptorsPodcast Steve question if someone is in a financial situation where they have to sell fast do you bring up the fact that this person is in pre-foreclosure in the initial conversation even if they haven't said nothing about It to you or do you wait after you check out the property or they give you their asking price?
@@DisruptorsPodcast I'd like to hear more role plays from both of u guys. That was awesome, ur responses to the wolf's objections were really polished.
from what I can see - Steve really tries to cash in on people's financial distress which really doesn't take much convincing or 'selling'. Jordan took control of most of the 'sale'.
Jordan, early on in the video, you mentioned you disagreed with some of Steve's techniques/content/material. Would love to hear your perspective given your background.
Great role play to both! Just wondering for Steve as a broker / licensed sales person, do you have an obligation to give the distressed seller all his or her options as opposed to strong arming them for a lower offer? In this situation distressed homeowner is obviously at a disadvantage. I can understand an unlicensed homebuyer but for this I feel there is a grey area.....not knocking on the hustle tho
I think this guy needs to build a culture in his company where his top closers would want to retire from. It’s common sense. It’s like building a championship sports team. 🤷🏽♂️

Love this, one of my favorite yet. Steve is a mountain of knowledge!
Appreciate it!
More role plays for the future sales videos
He needs to give some credit to Sandler Sales Training. that is his system and where all of this is coming from
Was just about to say the same thing. Text book Sandler sales technique.
How do you compare Sandler vs straight line
@@sayoshinakamario I don't really. They are both useful but what Steve is saying is 100% Sandler Sales Training and Jordan seems intrigued.
Yep he definitely takes pieces from the Sandler sales framework. He tweaks it for real estate though
This was GOLD Steve!
Thank you!
