This is the best video on Neonatal Resuscitation. Really helped me with my theory and practicals. Thank U maam 🙏🙏❤
But the full Neo-natal resuscitation steps are still missing ... How about HR< 60 bpm ?
Why we should attach pulse oximetry to only right hand mam..??
Hands down the best video for neonatal resuscitation that I have seen, and I have been looking for the past 1 hour

dId I read the wrong Book? Its clearly written to Ask three questions, Term? Tone? Breathing or Crying?
They changed it two questions only in 2017/18.
Now it's just term, crying. No need to check for tone.
She does say she asks mother for GA. And after birth she sees if baby is crying.
No it's still 3 questions. Please see nrp algorithm
@@drkrishnap I am actually confused because the AAP one does have 3 questions. But I remember I was in final year in 2018 and they said 2 questions now.
@@iamdanyboy1 what changed is, instead of baby's colour, it's term, tone, cry now. Previously color was there. Meconium should be asked too. But this video is grossly inadequate. Won't recommend.
Yes wrong book .. it’s color tone heart rate and breathing in neonatal life support
Before cutting umbilical cord can baby cry
Thank you very much ma'am for your diligent and expertise audiovisual practical demonstrations. I found it really interesting! ♥️
No one will pass paeds viva without NRP.😀
This was very helpful! Thank you!!
Dear Ayeshmita Roy, thank you for comment. For more updates subscribe to the Omnicuris channel.

Not at all in sequence as per NRP or Resuscitation Council , UK. Kindly read and put the right video. While drying the baby or not at anytime you have not taken care of baby's neck . Not a right video for anyone.
1:52 what's that on mask? a reflection or something? it's showing the area that's behind that lady
Best video for Neonatal Resuscitation ✌️😇
Very much helpful..Maam please provide chest compression part also..
Wow ma'am , i was studying paeds , and this is the best video
Really helpful, today I have an interview.
You don't look for chest rise after giving 5 breath. You look while you are giving those 5ppv. This feels like done by doctors who haven't actually done in live babies.
Also this is only less than half of the algorithm.
Thanks so much but the way you did lateral delivery was way too funny not good, then on putting the baby unto the mother's abdomen you clean and apply warmth as well as using the bulb syringe to clear the airway before transferring the baby to the resuscitation table,
Hi everyone i gave birth to my daughter 2 months ago at 35 weeks of pregnancy but baby groth stoped at 29 weeks and also i had preeclampsia, my baby didnt move in the womb for one day...has been 2 month in nicu facing a lot of difficulties becouse of sepsis blood infection klebsiella breathing problems, anemic, brain bleeding at stage 2 feeding intolerance first and not being able to breastfeed or bring the breasr milk becouse of covid 19,no visits at all...if someone has been throught the same or similar thing please tell me if the baby had any problems later please...ps brain bleeding is on both front ventricular stage 2 and has sings of cyst but still waiting for the next scan
You didn't mention cpR
THANKYOU Ma'am
Well demonstration and presentation. It would be better if English subtitle is given.
Found it very helpful !! each and every word is according to the NRP algorithm . Thank you, mam!!

Di meri puri report normal hai but nasal bone appears hypoplastic matlab kya h di
A nasal bone was defined as hypoplastic when it was either absent or measured less than the 2.5th percentile. The nasal bone is assessed in the mid-sagittal plane of the fetal profile and measured at the level of the synostosis using the method and reference range as previously described by Sonek et al. hypoplastic nasal bone may be caused by nasal bone hypoplasia or delayed ossification. dont worry The doctors would take care of that.

@ 40-60 breaths/minute
Awesome
Very helpful
Thank u mam
wow!
Please follow AAP'S NRP text book, while creating these teaching videos. Also, don't try to shoot all at one time. There are some inaccuracies in presentation, good effort but can be better.
I think they followed the NALS 2015 guidelines
Mam please dhodi hindi ward use kriye

Wht if respiration doesnt comes evn bag n mask???
If still HR remains
Thnks mam
Mam I have one doubt u r not giving the chest compression after failure of ventilation 🙁🙁🙁plz mam answer the question
Chest compressions are given when heart rate is below 60 .. She talked abt rate below 100 I guess..
yes, you cant give compression if the ventilation is not succesful. One of criteria to start Compression Is PPV with succesful Ventilation that inflates the Lungs. If the ventilation is not succesful, Then Check for DOPE
Displaced ET
Obstructed ET
Pneumothorax
Equipment failure.

What if the heart rate is less than 60 even after all these procedures?
Give Adrenaline IV (1:10,000) - 0.1-0.3 ml/kg (in umbilical vein, i.e cord via umbilical catheter)
Before adrenaline we have to give chest compression and ventilation in ratio of 3:1.. compression done using 2 thumb technique .. and after doing this if HR is still less than 60...then we will give iv adrenaline.
