    I love the rivet squeezer! I can see you are not deburring your holes after match drilling. This is a problem. You’ll create what is called a “stress riser” on those metal chips that trapped between the rivet and the structure Creating the potential for high fatigue in those areas. Sorry to harp and yes it’s a little more work but you’ll end up with a stronger airplane.

      Actually we have deburred both sides of every single hole on the plane like you’re supposed to and ensured they are free of burrs. If you’re referring to the hole being riveted, I felt a little something after priming and went ahead and spun the deburring bit over it again so there is a reflection of the light I use on the slight bit of exposed aluminum around the hole. If you’re talking about the holes above it, those have not been drilled yet hence they have yet to be deburred.
