Lever action in 300 Blackout with AR type mags and suppressor caught my attention! Great to see innovation from Henry which is a great American made company.
I am a fan of levers. My favorite platform but only recently picked up a henry with a side loading gate. Their quality and smooth lever is top notch. Let’s go henry! Keep innovating!
That would be a good big game rifle for hunters that like to keep the noise down but needs more range than 45-70, 30-30, and other traditional lever action calibers.
@@carlcarlton764I don’t think they are or anyone does cause I would love one I’ve almost bought 2 old old ones when I’ve seen them at pawn shops one was 30-40 krag the other was 30-06 and out of those rounds 06 is the way to go I almost jumped on that one but someone butchered it by removing the original sights and puting some wired peep shift on it that had way to small of a hole to get fast shot line ups which was a no go for me it was probably really good at long range but I have scoped hunting rifles for that I use a 30-30 when I’m beating brush and not shooting more then 100 yards most the time I use a scoped 30-06 or a 7stw with a very high power scope if I have to lay down and make a really far shot
I'm sure that Midwest Industries or Ranger Point precision will come out with some MLOK rails and tactical stocks for this, but I hope that Henry comes out with an Express or Tactical version of this Supreme version down the road. I recently picked up the Long Ranger Express and put some Ranger Point Precision parts on it, but this Supreme would be even better with such upgrades!
Glad they're listening to the market... personally I've been wanting a mag fed lever action for years. Yeah the BLR exists but the mags are like 80 dollars and only hold 4 rounds. Now we just need a lever action 22 that takes 10/22 mags. I look forward to getting one of the 300 blackout ones though.
This is a lever gun I imagined would be in videogames and in real life years ago. This has me interested. I hope it comes in the full 20 inch for the 5.56. I have been dreaming of a magazine fed, lever action rifle in 5.56x45 for a while. Dreams do come true.
Yes! Yes! Yes! Henry take my god damn money! I was sitting stuck between a classic style vs a long ranger being stuck in Illinois. I’m taking one in 300 blackout the day it’s available holy cannoli I’m soooooooooo happy
It does look like his gun but the firearms he had was both Shotguns One a Winchester 1901 10 gauge with a fake box mag and the other was a USAS 12 gauge. I love watching people fail when making firearm parts for movies 😂
I have the Henry AR7 survival rifle and love it. There is something about Henry that speaks to me, don't know what it is, but I think Henry Repeating Arms is an Awesome company. Can't quantify it, But there is something about them that makes me want to buy one of each. God Bless Henry Repeating Arms..
Can’t wait to accurize one of these. As a bush gun, it’s so much faster than a bolt gun, and if it can fire a bolt gun cartridge, you’re getting the best of both worlds.
Looks like a cross between their long ranger and an original WWII BLR. Also looks like with the height of the receiver from the comb they designed it primarily for iron sight use (which i prefer for a lever anyway). That optic addition looks like it puts you just outside of a solid cheek weld. A short riser might come in handy. Major con to it: Where the heck did the hammer go!?
I will say the one thing that I was completely wrong about was that they didn't release the Homesteader in 10mm. I told my son's and friends to watch and see January 2024 a 10mm Homesteader. If it does we will have to get one. But sadly that didn't happen. I am sure it will. Henry is a fantastic American company that has it together.
@@Isaac_5.56x45 There is no doubt some truth to this. I am not sure it is 1:20 ratio but certainly more "practical" to go 9mm. That being said there is a strong ascendancy of the 10 at this time. And it would be a better choice for a camp gun and even deer and hog hunting. Appreciate the perspective and opinion. Stay safe and well.
Homesteader had jamming, stove piping and will not close bolt fully after feeding new round into the breach issues and even a frozen bolt issue where the operator can not even manually move it. Hopefully Henry sorted those issues out. The 9mm carbine uses Glock pistol mags after you install the adaptor for it.
This in 300BLK with some of the cool modern m-lock hand guard and adjustable stock etc with a decent can on the end that’ll be dope. Henry release this in the UK please and thank you
I was wondering when someone would do this. I guess I shouldn't be surprised it was Henry. I probably won't buy one because I have the 5.56 niche pretty well covered with semiautos, but if I lived in a ban state, I'd definitely be interested.
I like it a lot Henry !, just hope they have it in 308 and the option for a shorter/flat mag to hunt with for easier carrying. If they have that and the trigger is better this could possibly make for a good trackers rifle for deer hunting. I have several Blr's that I like but I like this design better on a few things, and a lot better than the Long Ranger. Now if Henry could just make a 35 Whelen in their H010G or H010GCC line of rifles lol
Would be nice to see this as a over the shoulder with mounting further down for an optic. I love the rifle regardless design wise but I'm a lefty and love the over the shoulder too much
Awesome this will be a great alternative for me since I live in a ban state where ARs and AKs aren't allowed for us peasants. Everything about this rifle I absolutely love. But what's the price?
An honest to God new design, not taken from any other platform's work! Their .22s were original to them I believe, but their bigger calibers were on the Marlin , with the Long Ranger being a nod to Browning, good guns, but their prices keep poor guys like me out. With my income, I should not be a shooter....but I've loved it since childhood. Wadda gonna do?
that's great, but can we have a model of this that takes AR 10 calibers? I'd love that. I like the long ranger, but little low on capacity and its missing some cals i'd like.
Seeing this, I hope their R & D is designing a "tactical" version with an MLOK handguard and a tactical stock. If you have their ear, the stock should be a "wire" design and to set it off, wrap it with 550 Paracord. Lastly, it needs a rail for optic mounting. That too should have been standard. BUT...perhaps that would be standard on a "tactical" version. Thanks.
They finally did it 🎉. Lever gun that takes AR mags is a dream come true.
They’re already out there, but they are all hamfisted converted ar lowers. This is far more compelling
Lever action in 300 Blackout with AR type mags and suppressor caught my attention! Great to see innovation from Henry which is a great American made company.
Canadian and Australian sales are gonna be explosive.
I am a fan of levers. My favorite platform but only recently picked up a henry with a side loading gate. Their quality and smooth lever is top notch. Let’s go henry! Keep innovating!
I'm such a fan of Henry. I'm always excited to see when they come out with a new gun and are doing new innovative takes on old trusted ideas.
I’d really like to see Henry make a takedown model. Browning use to make one in 300wsm. I’d love to see Henry do the same.
for a few years and only sold a dozen of them
I want this in 308
Are they still making something like the Winchester 1895?
That would be a good big game rifle for hunters that like to keep the noise down but needs more range than 45-70, 30-30, and other traditional lever action calibers.
Why when 300 black out and a suppressor sub sonic rounds it’s the greatest thing ever
Not just you ;)

Big thumbs up Henry!
the reciver reminds me of the BAR.
Looks like a Browning BLR. I had a 308 and got it rechambered for 338 Federal. Great rifle
Man that lever in 300 black would be awesome with the barrel cut back to just shy of the forend and a can!
Need a mares leg version so you can SBR it. No need to waste money cutting and threading.
Henry, I applaud you! Wasn't crazy about your revolvers, but the magazine leveraction chambered in 5.56 is a brilliant move!
I would for sure try it out at your local gun range before purchasing as the Homesteader has had jams and FTF’s
Oh now you have my attention Henry!!
Eric, Those glasses are going to get you put on some FBI watch list.
Office Space
Lol!
Finally a legit mag fed lever gun that (hopefully) won't break the bank. The UK market would be all over this.

The BLR used to sell for 1/2 the price or less than anything not a 22LR from Henry. The BLR could be had in Magnum cartridges like 300WM and 338WM.
Ruger makes a levergun that takes 10 22 mags. In 22wmr and 17hmr.
Was called a 96/22 or 96/22m, think they were discontinued 10 or so years ago, was also a 96/44 magnum
Stay well Eric! Sounds like either you are losing your voice or getting sick!
He probably just partied a bit too hard the night before.
I wanna see the 308 version(also the 8.6 one too)
Well done Henry! 👏
Awesome looking guns. I’m excited to see that 223 lever gun
Thank you, 8888

Henry are making some amazing firearms. The revolver is really cool.
You had me on the tumbnail bout time they did this!
Henry is really kicking some butt.
Can’t wait to get my hands on one of these.
REALLY GOOD STUFF HOSS, TY !!!
556 and 300blk... why? If it was 308, I'd get it. Seems like the only market for it is ban states.
Minus the magazine not being ar pattern they already make it. It’s called the long ranger
Need 6.5 grendel
Yeah no 308 is a miss.
@@TheonederboyI think that’s why this is kind of a miss. Just make a model that takes sr25 mags… especially now with 6.5 creed and 8.6…
Prob Australia
Works of art.
Innovation! Very, very nice.
I'd love to see one of their revolvers in 45 Colt since you don't find many 45 Colt's in a Double Action Revolver
Finally someone made me Van Pelt's gun from Jumanji!
It does look like his gun but the firearms he had was both Shotguns One a Winchester 1901 10 gauge with a fake box mag and the other was a USAS 12 gauge. I love watching people fail when making firearm parts for movies 😂

Looks beautiful. I want to see a video comparison of this Henry vs the Bond Arms LVRB when they are both available.
I have a JK Armament serial number 45. Rolled the dice as an early adopter. Nice to see everyone seems to be on board.

Similar to the Browning BLR being a mag fed Lever gun

Oh you’re right, didn’t notice the missing hammer till you pointed it out! Yea, why did that have to go? The Long Ranger’s have hammers (i think?)
A short one in 300AAC would be great.
Innovative! Looking forward to a full review.
Now this is a ar mag fed lever action I can get behind.
I would like to see one in 30.30 and 30.06
That is cool!!!!!!!
Awesome
I really like that rifle! Would be Great in 6.5 Grendel! Maybe they have a Semi-Auto of this same rifle in the works!
That is awesome
Just seen where it suppose to have adjustable trigger also
On first sight, my impression was if they got rid of the lever action and made it semi-auto it sure would look and operate like a miniBAR..!
This will be interesting to the US market, but I bet it will sell very well abroad.
Henry rifles are very good. I use mine hard and they always work.😊
very good eric
This is great! If they come out with a Grendel i will get ot once!
Looks like a John made by Henry...love it
I definitely want one. Wonder what it will do for lone ranger sales...?

Not so sure about a 10 in a blow back action...
@@NomadGringoSo you have never seen a Hi Point 10mm carbine and or 10mm pistol?

Have they fixed the HOMEJAMMER?
This is how you make America great again
I like those
That revolver looks great but those rifles are amazing too
Count me in
I like they moved away from copying the BLR, although I have to say that my BLR never had issues because of lacking the primary ejection.
I hope they make a more tactical version of this.

Hope they produce one in 350 legend
Henry in 6arc with Lazarus 6 Can would be cool
350 Legend would make for a nice deer rifle in states that allow straight wall cartridges.
It's still cool
Its another evil black assault rifle. I want one, too.
Can u fit a 20 round mag?
It looks nice, what is the purpose in 556? States that have semi auto bans?
yes. Assault weapon bans are actually semi auto bans effectively.
They should do a take on the Remington Model 8 with modern magazines .
Where can I buy one?
I want one so bad
Now Henry needs to offer a "Tactical" version...to piss off the gun grabbers
Would be nice to see this as a over the shoulder with mounting further down for an optic. I love the rifle regardless design wise but I'm a lefty and love the over the shoulder too much

that rifle in 6.5 grendel would be sweet
Henry is doing a great job at covering all the bases.
