It may not be long enough. I tried to do that as well and they said they really need like 12" of good healthy hair or they wouldn't take it. Mine was only about 10".

Sorry to be a pain but do you not have hair donations in your country?? We can donate any hair 10” or more for wigs for cancer patients. I noticed in your videos such as this one where she is getting a lot of length cut off. I had my waist length hair cut short before I started chemo the girl braided it into a ponytail and I took it with me. Just wondering if that’s not a thing in your country. 🤔🙂
Why didn't he wrap her hair up for locks of love?????? What a waste a cancer patient would have gotten a beautiful wig out of it like come on ridiculous 🙄👎

To me it seems silly because even if it was 8", how is that not better than no hair? I just commented because I thought it was possible she didn't have enough healthy hair to fit the length requirements. In that case, they don't try to save it.
