I dodnt notice the latency on steam deck with frame gen unless it went below 70 fps because il assuming if its at 65 with frane gen the actual layency is worse then 30fps. I also had weird issues getting Spiderman remastered to actually engage i did it the same way you did it on deck and it bonkers out like crazy and required closing and reopening the game for it to properly frame gen or it would just be like no you applied frame gen but it immediately turned itself off and other oddites.

tried plugged in 30w rachet and clank, horizon fw with frame generation i can play the game the just fine im not much into input latency but i didnt really notice input lag while playing

Hey man im trying to decide between the ally or the steam deck. Which one is better in your opinion? I work on a boat away from home 2 weeks at a time and trying to decide between one of those.

@@remy9286 if u got extra budget go on gpd or minisforum or legion go, but if you're on the budget ill recommend ally over steamdeck due to the computing power and you can install steam os / bazzite / chimera on the ally, im using ally z1 extreme mostly using it for switch emulation, other aaa games running good (720 high 9r 900 med with the similar setting as this channel did), im thinking to change to minisforum or legion go since ally sucks alot on ports and kinda need oculink port for serious gaming time

With ghost of Tsushima I’m getting frame drops from 80ish to 30 every 5 seconds or so(was working fine up until the last day or so)

Go to the AMD control panel and disable anti-lag for ghost of tsushima, the game should already be doing that by its own
