Super helpful video! Thanks! Do you know how to map more than presets 1-5? I want to map PTZ presets 0, and 6-12.

Not sure if I have the latest firmware for my camera but I see no midi control information on my cameras dashboard. If you have any suggestions about A) where to find the beta firmware downloads, then B) which one to choose I would be eternally grateful!

Great tutorial! I’m having a problem with this though. I keep setting the midi controller for each of our cameras, but it keeps getting reset. We also use BOME to communicate between propresenter and our vista lighting software. Could that be causing the problems? I also have been trying to send midi commands from propresenter to our ATEM software to automate camera switches using Osculate & atemOSC. That is not working either.

I'm so close and just can't get this working. I have the bus setup in Audio Midi Setup. I can see that the Midi Controller dropdown on my PTZOptics camera populates or doesn't populate based on whether I enable or disable the IAC Driver. I'm assuming that means the camera sees the midi controller. I set the preset 1 command to note 1. I also checked the option to display the midi control in the browser. I then went to ProPresenter 7 and setup a midi device to the Core Midi Device Bus 1 and checked destination and clicked connect. I get the green line next to it which makes me think it's working. When I try to setup an action to call note 1, it never registers on the camera midi setup page so I'm assuming the command isn't getting from PP7, through the Virtual Midi Controller, to my camera. My Mac and camera are on the same network as evidenced by the fact that I can get to it through the browser and I use NDI, etc. Do you have any other suggestions or thoughts on what I could be missing? Thank you!!
