Always tearful seeing your new video. I had to comment even before watching just to let you know you've been of tremendous help to our Media Ministry. Thank you Ballast
@BallastMedia Thanks for all this content! You mentioned something about the midi for Mac users. I didn't see that in the description. Can you recommend what to use for the Mac to create the virtual Midi? Or did I miss something?
Glad to see you are making new content. You offer real solutions to streaming content. I want to know what capture card you now reccomend for obs. I use camcoder cameras in my livestreams. Audio to video latency is a problem for me using a capture card. I just wanted to know what capture card you reccomend today. Thanks for your consideration.
If the audio and video are coming in through different interfaces, there will most likely always be a difference in timing. Most often the video takes the longest to process so it is behind the audio. ProPresenter has a delay setting for the audio device (OBS and most other streaming software has this as well.) where you can delay the audio to align with the video. That being said, I still recommend the AJA u-tap as a capture device (amzn.to/3sDnteI) it's the most reliable I've found. If you need something cheaper take a look at the Cloner Alliance Flint 4k Plus (amzn.to/3LkY53B)
@@BallastMedia thank you sir. I always run my audio through the cameras using an xlr microphone to a capture card to reduce as much latency as possible
What single direction ceiling microphones do you recommend for a church. We need two that we can either plug into the camera or straight to the computer. We are going to use Propresenter for live streaming and are in the very beginning stages of setting everything up.
I really in joy your video and there very helpful . I really want to stream my church services . I just don’t have the finances to do so . I want to do it the right and not the cheap way . Again thank you for all that you do .
Thanks! I updated the firmware and I do not see MIDI interface. Something isn't right. Can you help? I'm using a Mac. Everything looks great except I don't have MIDI interface. Thanks, DP
It seems they've removed this application from their site to push their new app that apparently will include more functionality then just recalling presets. eg. you can setup a whole camera controller with midi devices. Not sure if the app I was using is still available somewhere else on their website yet.

Thanks a lot for this one. I like the way you're doing those tutorials. Not that much words but easy to understand. 👍
One day I want to meet and say thank you for the free valuable information you have always posted

Nevermind. I needed Chrome.
Is the ptzoptics app still available? When I looked it seemed like they integrated the functionality directly in the camera firmware.
The PTZOptics sites seems to imply the application is due this summer and not yet available, am I just confused?
