What permits did you have to obtain to fly your drone in Scotland? Were there any no-fly zones you encountered.?

Hey, I didn’t have to obtain any kind of permit as I was flying in unrestricted area. I’m a registered drone pilot with CAA and my drone in registered too as this is the requirement for drones under 249g equipped with a camera.
Also I use Drone Assist app to have the most recent NFZ and air traffic restrictions handy. I didn’t encounter any NFZ, also trying to keep away from them just in case. Just follow the Drone Code from CAA and you will be fine. Hope this helps 👍🏻
