Hi, I have cleaned all ports and connections - it worked for about a week or two, but in the end, I went the Warranty route due to the battery in the earbud being faulty. This is where they fall short on quality.

When not connected to the gimbal, I charge all battery grips. However, you can also charge them when everything is put together.

I don't have any experience with smallrig dual handles. Actually wanted to buy them first but they were out of stock so I ended up buying dji

Smallrig dual handle is actually great and does the same as the DJI Dual Handle but cheaper price. I think the Twist Grip Handle is a good choice because you get the briefcase mode and dual handle mode. I've never used the Twist Grip Dual Handle (The one in this video) but I just ordered it after watching this video to use on my RS4 Pro.

I use them all the time, and it is also effortless to mount the monitor on the handle 👍🏻 Are you happy with the DJI RS4 so far?

Hi, the WG2 works even without a camera or a phone. It can function as a standalone voice recorder. Try re-pairing the transmitters with the receiver.

Hi, if you bought the brand new SSD and it is password protected, it is not new and had to be a returned item, as previously someone else did use it. I would return it and exchange it for a new one, or if you are not bothered, then try to format the drive as per your operating system file format. I hope this helps. Thanks

@BigPhilOnline Happy New Year!. Yeah it's a shame so many OEMs have such a deeply ingrained relationship with Intel. I know so many people who would buy the Ryzen version, but Intel pay to keep the higher end SKUs with their chips only. 💩

This is a significant upgrade from the 2013 MacBook; I’m pretty sure your M3 Max is a beast! I'm still impressed by how good the M1 in the iPad still is. I will wait another year or two before I change it to the newest iPad. The 14" MacBook with new M-series processors is fantastic for on-the-go work, which I do a lot, and with all that power comes a very decent battery life. Cheers, and Happy New Year :)

@@BigPhilOnline happy new year to you too! Huge difference! I didn't intend to go for the 14" Max, but got an offer too good to refuse. I'm in Europe and prices here are much higher, but someone brought a US model (different keyboard layout, which I actually prefer) over and sold it to me for pretty much the US price, so basically 800 Euro cheaper than in the store for this specific model. Still sealed and with full Apple warranty, and it still ended up being 300 Euro cheaper than the one with M3 pro chip with added RAM to 36Gb and 1Tb SSD (same as my M3 Max 14 core) which I initially had my eye on. It was a no-brainer, and it's even in space-black. I now have it for 2 weeks and it sure is a beast. Performance AND portability is just amazing. Not sure if I'll ever upgrade my desktop PC in future anymore or just phase it out. Your plan with the iPad makes sense. The M1 is already such a powerful chip itself, and upgrading to the M2 only for that reason isn't really necessary. Only if you required more storage (but one can use external SSD's thanks to the USB-C port) or more RAM (in case 16Gb is necessary for some labor-intensive work). I got mine as a refurbished model, but in mint condition, so it also was just over half-price of a new one. Given I can't write any of those costs off for a business, but I bought them personally, cost does play a role as well a bit.

@@cdh79, lucky you with the US model, price, and space-black - I'm jealous :). Here in the UK, Apple prices are just eyewatering. At some point in the future, I will aim at the MacStudio, but that is far in the future. I have kept my MBPs for over 5 years, so I still have a few years before I upgrade to, hmm M5 Ultra - wishful thinking :) Congrats on a great deal on the M2 iPad Pro as well. In the UK, putting your hands on a used one in mint condition is hard as people tend to care only a little about the equipment - although rare occasions are possible. Luckily, I write off all costs against business income, which is okay. Enjoy your M3 Max :)

I appreciate the idea, but I think it's better left to established tech channels as they have the resources to create such videos. A couple of months ago, I watched a comparison between a Windows laptop and a MacBook Pro, and the Windows laptop performed better as long as it was plugged in. However, once it was unplugged, its performance decreased significantly while the MacBook Pro remained the same. Therefore, I believe that you can get a super-fast Windows PC for video editing for $5000 that can outperform a Mac Studio. Thank you for watching and commenting

That is weird, but sometimes MacOS settings prevent 3rd party software from running. Check privacy settings when it comes to installing 3rd party software. Thanks

Yesterday, I noticed that the footpath near the shore was closed due to damage caused by the recent storm. I spent about half an hour in the morning looking for a place to have breakfast, but couldn't find anything open. Earlier, I went with my partner and a friend to Dunnottar Castle to watch the sunrise. Cheers :)

@@BigPhilOnline no, as soon as the website opened and I seen things asking to enter my address, and texts flashing saying “awaiting payment” I realised it wasn’t legit, so I closed it down, I’m on iPhone and I have done a factory reset on my phone but I’ve been in pure panic mode since 😖

Don't worry, I've scanned it on my iPad and did not perform any factory reset, and it is okay. And knowing it was a scam, I still deliberately scanned the QR code to check the website anyway :) "Life on the edge" from the comfort of your home sofa kinda thing ;)

Hey, thank you for your comment. Unfortunately you can’t plug in Lavalier to the receiver as that mini jack port is for connection between the receiver and a camera / smartphone, you can only plug your lav to the rode mic. If you want a dual mic setup you would have to buy rode wireless go II where you have two mics and one receiver. Regarding single kit you would have to ask rode via support line/chat if they sell mics separately and how to pair it. All the best with your new channel 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 cheers 👋🏻
