I was craving enchiladas yesterday since I wanted something comforting but as I watched you make this meatloaf, I could only imagine how good this would be!😍
You have such wonderful ingredients for your Mexican meatloaf and I think it would fulfill all my requirements for some Mexican food right now!😘
The Spanish rice will be perfect with the meatloaf and I think the only thing that could improve it would be guacamole!😋
We have a rainy day Kristi and this Mexican meal would make the day so much better!😚
