Unfortunate vehicles are too fragile and the power cells don’t last long enough, I couldn’t even get from one village to another in the smallest trial vehicle I could build without running out of power. Then one knock on a tree and the whole thing fell apart. Not sure what the vehicles are supposed to be for but it’s not exploring, I’ll swerve them for the time being and focus on air travel, it’s much simpler and quicker to glide from village to village the way I have things set up.
this will be a game changer for me, i really liked the game loop, but i never liked having to walk around 5-8 minutes in an empty landscape just to reach another biome... and then go back home running 5-8 minutes with my finger pressing down on the key.
Just tested out the vehicles and they are mining machines if you have the hauler with chests and some armour you can easy destroy small trees and rocks and you pick them up in the driver seat no need to get out. When your full put them in chests and continue but the stairs and wheels break easily so that’s why armour is needed.
The car are really gonna help because in me and my friends world our desert biome is really far away from our spawn but now because of the cars it is gonna be way easier and take a way shorter time to get to the desert.
Jubilation is how I feel about this update. I wonder how many people are going to be able to re-create the battle bus now with roster steering and power centers
Best Lego update yet. I don't play Lego fortnite, but I love watching videos on it the most.😅 It's just better watching someone else do the hard work.😒
My prediction is the Hauler is going to go so slow that it will be infuriating and make it barely even worth carrying stuff compared to the Speeder and just driving back and forth 10 times with just what fits in a backpack.
If you look at the huler in the art for the update, you can see a Drax Lego figure in the passanger sit. Drax isn't in Fortnite? Edit: Never mind, I just saw a bunch of leak skin videos and Drax is coming out with another Groot skin and a Mantis skin...

It sounds like flying machines are still going to be a bit clunky if we still have to use levers and thrusters but this update is huge

They need to put in respawnable ores. Even if they only respawn every 50 in game days or so. I'm running out of caves to farm.
