Good job man, Chris ! Thank you ! I just got an inquiry bout a twisted railway and this video was quite an useful look into the carpentry side of it as I will probably hire someone to make it. but at the same time I need to know how the handrails are made, before planning the whole adventure

Watch a channel called woodworking tools and how they do it, its mental! Great looking job you did but left hand handrail didn't seem to be solid but was maybe just the way it looked on video. All the best
I can answer that! The 1/8" kerf width will probably have little impact on the alignments. You can get away with 1/4" of misalignment with your spindles, especially if they are profiled and not straight/square profiles.
