The drug has also been used medically in people with narcolepsy and it was once widely used by bodybuilders for its positive effects on growth hormone levels.

The motivation GBL used to give me was insane! I could do anything, felt so confident and powerful. But addiction is terrible. The withdrawal felt like I was having a panic attack and going insane, so confused and unable to think or perform simple tasks

@@maryjane-ip3tr I use regularly (and I know it's the good stuff. Only a few drops and i'm riding that smooth wave , and add to my drinks as the night goes on (I have even "wiped" a few times waking up on the floor, stupid me) I use maybe every month or so. Never had any feelings of withdrawal. I've been doing this since 2001. I couldn't find any in 2021 and just kept doing the normal life thing. Never thought it may be addictive! Never has been for me in 20 years.

Drugs like kratom, weed, or kava are fine Being legal. As someone who was hooked on ghb and took it every 3-4 hours for years it should not be legal. To easy to overdoes and so freaking addictive.

GHB is no joke. Back when i sold drugs i would never sell this to people because of how many people ive heard of overdosing on it. One of my buddies who was (and is) an avid drug user (heroin, coke, oxys, benzos, etc...) overdosed on GHB after drinking a water bottle cap of it at a party.
It's like a turbo charger for Molly..
(A little bump of coke will usually keep some from "G-ing out".. those were the days)

How can i make it at home?
I have severe anxiety, and when I use GBL it only lasts for about an hour or two then when it wears off my anxiety is through the roof. Situations like this turn people like me into drug addicts cuz you always need the anxiety relief . Smh
Ashwagandha and other adptagenic herbs help extreamly with social anxitey. Supplement with dopamine too you can get it at health food store or on amazon. I have anxitey PTSD the list goes on and (feel good) drugs will make it all worse sooner or later (trust me I know). You can try kratom too but do not take it everyday or in super large amounts. Kratom can be helpful but also work against you if u take it too often. Kratom for me is pretty easy to come on and off on honestly no real withdrawal especially if your supplementing with those herbs I mentioned. Make sure you sorce kratom from a very reputable brand it does make a huge difference
GHB is probably my favorite drug. Never enjoyed alcohol much, but GHB is on spot! Perfect for the week end. GHB at night, perfect fun, perfect sleep, and the next morning perfect brain to study :) amazing "medication"

It is to me personally a better alternative to MDMA... but be forwarned though... as a daily user for 2 years... it will take a hold of you... you will become addicted quicker than anything I've ever come across in my life... and im a seasoned drug user (31 now started at 13) I had control over most substances ( and there have been many) for almost 20 years... I love drugs and I always had an open mind to at least try any drug once... as long as its not meth... or injection... I was succesful most of my life... but 2 years ago when I came across this drug... I fell in love hard with it... and it's taken over... so be weary... be cautious...

It’s AMAZING for C-PTSD - especially with a stimulant. Better than slow acting benzos, such as Clonazepam. It’s similar to Ativan, but more energetic, and clear headed.

I think its better to be addicted to phenibut than alcohol or ghb, since it not as toxic for body and you can live your life without anyone noticing your on drug, not with alcohol and ghb its obvious when under influence

addiction can be very dangerous and potentially fatal, if one does not take a new dose, once the withdrawal kicks in.
This is due to fact that GHB is naturally occuring in the brain (like you showed) and we need a small amount of it to help us stay alive. Addicts that get arrested in the Netherlands, get released if it turns out that they are addicted to GHB, because there are no facilities to keep them alive. I have also seen some very bizzare things with people on G, for example someone that had o.d. and he started bleeding from his eyes. I have tried it myself and almost overdosed the third time. It can be fun sometimes but please watch out with this stuff, it's quite serious.
found this interesting about the o.d. and bleeding from the eyes, for me when I was dependent 1,-4, butanadioel for 3 years, when my dose would ware off and withdrawal would start my eyes would become so bloodshot that it looked like my eyes were bleeding!
Where were you when I needed to brush up on GHB a few years back, woulda saved me some research! I see a lot of comments saying how fun it is, it's one of the most common overdose drugs I've seen personally. Be careful.

Where did you hear that? Studies of Xyrem for people with narcolepsy haven't shown that to be true for daily users of large doses of GHB who taper off use before quitting.
Alcohol withdraw can kill you just like benzos if you quit cold turkey and that is well established in the medical field.
@@dontwalkdontrun this is only true for in-house studies of xyrem which are not taken seriously outside of the english speaking world, due to conflict of interest. Most of these studies do not count people who get addicted to g in their data, they throw this majority out as outliers. G prescription is a part of problematic psychiatric prescription culture native to the english speaking world and some other contexts.

I've been sober for close to five years now having been addicted to heroin (methadone treatment close to twelve yrs), cocaine, meth, G and alcohol. G was the most ruthless of them all. Was drinking 30-40ml's/day. Had to be hospitalized on a few occasions because of the withdrawal and was placed on baclofen to ease this. Overdosed many times and put myself in some seriously unhealthy situations. Grateful to be keeping the demons at bay and connecting to my spirit 🕊️

As long as you dont mix it with alcohol or downers. preferably with stimulants House music and keep it under 2.5 ml and a good 3 hours between doses. its fuckn great . infact a bit too great at times. yes its used in comercial cleaning but so is booze.

@@jesipohl6717 I'm fairly certain that I was given GBH or something similar along with Meth or some sort of stimulant about 4 years ago. I passed out- like I got up, said I have to pee and was going to start walking to the bathroom and then I like did an old fashioned swoon hand to forehead and fainted (likely gang banged by meth heads) but had moments of consciousness that seemed like I was hallucinating (like I was seeing the faces of guys I know who live on the other side of the world etc and could not POSSIBLY have been there having sex with me). I haven't done drugs since then. Should I be concerned about heart problems? Also, super gross question but does that drug or any drug you know of cause an absolute disgusting amount of mucus to be produced in your throat(I woke up coughing on this and it triggered me to vomit...no clue if it was meth head sperm (quite possible) or something related to how the drug reacts in people's bodies. Anyway, I'm just asking because you seem knowledgable and willing to help me figure out what I took and what likely happened.

Ghb should really be prescribed to people with anxiety and depression. It does wonders for me socially and personally with tasks I need to complete. I know people get addicted and I've woke up some mornings with rotten hangovers off it and went straight for the bottle for a hair of the dog style wake up. But in saying that I've struggled with benzo and opiate withdrawal and ghb Is childisplay compared to those two. But I'm not taking away from people's struggle, just my experiences are it's not physically addictive like heroin/oxy.. and less so benzos that take a while for major addiction

First time i took GHB, i took it without my knowledge. It was new year 2016/2017, went to a popular party city in my country, about 500km from home with 4 friends. We were using amphetamine and drinking a lot of whisky. At some point we separated, so i was with 2 friends and the other 2 were somwhere else. I slowed down my drinking because i didn't want to end up smashed, and they were still drinking. We wanted to get some mdma pills, so we met a random dude that said he would get us to a club where he knows a dealer. We met the dealer in front of the club, he gave us the pills. We've noticed, that these pills were way bigger than those we were used to get, but we were like fuck it, and ate them whole, while the guy that got us there, ate half of it. We've been standing for a while outside, because my friends wanted to finnish the whisky bottle we had. After they finished, my mates went to the club, to check out if it's worth going inside( because you had to pay for entering, and it was hella expensive). So after a while my mate called me, to come in, so i went in. That particular club had 3 floors, on the bottom there was pretty much nothing, just some toilets, the place where you leave your coat(idk the english name) etc. As i was walking upstairs to the half-floor (again i dont know what is the name of it) i felt that its kicking in, suprisingly fast after eating it. Anyway, i went to the half-floor and noticed the friend that called me. He was moving very weirdly, twisting his body, arms, face. At that point i knew something was wrong with the pill that we just took. Suddenly i was sitting on a couch on the balcony of that club. No signs of my mates, i felt really weird, but the music was so good, it started to twist my fingers, then my hands and arms. Somehow i overcame this, asked someone else on the balcony to get me some water, because i didn't feel so good. I've got my water, drank it while still sitting there, there were some people around be, and i've heard one of them ask "what is he on?" and then heard that dealers voice that i was on GHB. At this point i was so pissed at that dealer, because i was sure he's giving us mdma pills. But i couldn't do nothing, i was kinda in a different world. Next thing i know, i'm in a train back to my city, with the 2 friends that we lost earlier. They told me that they found me close to the train station, i didn't really listen to them, tried to get in some random cars, telling them that this is my car (although we came by a train), running on top of cars, etc. Somehow they managed to get me into the train, told the "train guy"(again, dont know this word) that i was acting weird, because i've been drugged, so he was okay with me as long as they were babysitting me at all time. I've lost my phone, my wallet, keys, basically everything except for cigarettes. The other two, came back from that city a day later, they completly didnt remember anything after the moment of entering a club. Again, no phones, wallets. We were really lucky, that the lost thing were the only things that happened to us. So my conclusion is, never take a drug without testing it first. N E V E R. E V E R. Since then, i didnt take any more drugs, and i have panic attacks. I just wish i would find that dealer and the guy that led us to him, so i could torture these sick fucks. They knew we wanted MDMA but gave us that probably with the intention to rob us from the start.
I am sorry for what happened, but none of this sounds like ghb. And you are right, you have to test it, and if not possible avoid it.
I am sorry to hear this happened to you. This actually happened recently to a friend I have when we were at a small festival by my home town. We were looking for some acid and weren't having any luck until we were directed to go to a certain campsite because they're selling some "good stuff". When we went over there the guy was selling what he claimed to be liquid LSD which he called "sunshine" which already made me skeptical. But my friend bought his whole bullshit story and wanted to get some so Idk why but we bought a bunch of hits from him dropped on pez candies. My friend ended up eating like 3 candies and had some drinks that night along with some edibles and whatnot and I only had like 2 candies and didn't drink much. He blacked out later that night and said some stuff to me that he normally wouldn't have said and actually the next day stated he could not remember anything past a certain point. He was so beyond fucked up after he took those candies like he is not normally an outgoing person but he was actually talking to anyone and everyone. But he cannot remember anything about that night. We think the guy sold us GHB but we will never know for sure. And yes I agree that testing is the best thing you can do for yourself.

Its a very good potent anti anxiety med. I used It for 4 years . The thing is eventually you gain some what permanent tolerance to the euphoria/stimulant quality . But the anti anxiety and sleep effects stays the same . For me this shit at first was quite addictive ,but after a time when the good effects where off and you only get sleepy the addictive profile in my opinion goes away . Where at first It was definitly addictive , but now only recreational use is good . Its extremely demonised cause It is very usefull for instant depression relieve /anxiety and is alot more safe when used correctly then alot of other big Pharma meds ,and its cheap so yeah Lets call It coma in a bottle obviously.

Alcohol is also good for instant depression relief in pretty much exactly the same way, but the cost is geneerally too high and provides no long-term solutions (making it worse than most psychiatric medications, which is hard to accomplish). Stating facts like death is 10s of times more likely on G or that most chronic G users need professional medical intervention to quit is not demonisation, it's a necessary component of harm reduction.

GHB is great. Tried it with some amyl nitrate, cocaine & beer. It felt like xanax kind of but without the drowsiness and without the stupid. It was a lot stronger as far as body load but it was a good one - like a nice mix of benzos and painkillers in two salty little caps of a water bottle.

gbl is a precursor, and regulated but not illegal in most ocuntries.

Phenibut made me feel extreamly good at times but the next week after I took it, I was extreamly depressed.

none really, pretty much all versions convert to GHB in the body. there is some evidence that GBL might have more staying power as it might not all be immediately converted (delayed comas, many hours later as reported by one of the speakers in this video, could be an example of this).

The safest way will likely be to slowly reduce the dose and possibly replace it with an alternative. Because the withdrawal can be dangerous, it's preferable to seek help from someone in-person.

There's really not that much codeine in codeine/promethazine (lean) syrup, only 10mg/5ml (6.25mg/5ml promethazine and 7.4% EtOH).
A typical dose is 2 ounces which is only 60ml (1.2g codeine). Most opiate users are highly tolerant to codeine and 600mg, 1.2g, 2g more is nothing to highly tolerant opiate users. Many opiate user's go through several 80mg oxycodone/day codeine is a pussy opiate.
It's effect's aren't purely from the codeine though, it's the combination of codeine, promethazine and music that made it popular and from which an entire sub-genre of hip-hop music was created in the 1990's.
A lot of rapper's like to 'screw and chop' their tune's because of DJ Screw's influence on the music genre. Go to my channel I have a few of his tape's uploaded and you'll note it's slowed down to like 33bpm and it's chopped a lot. In it's own right it's great hip-hop but when you're leaning (drinking lean) it's much more.

I would say daily is chronic use, but when you use ghb a few times a week you are really in the danger zone. It is a really sneaky drug and very hard to quit once you have phyisical dependence.

@@WaxPaper yes i did. I had a sleep study about 10 years ago to get Adderall. I was on that for about 10 years but it didn't help all that much. Then I got a new sleep study. And was prescribed xywav /xyrem sodium oxibate. My insurance had to approve it and made me take modafinil first. They wouldn't approve until I had tried all options (Adderall, modafinil, and provigil which I had tried awhile ago for a short time) but I finally got xyrem I've been on it for about 3 months and it really helps. I do still feel a little tired during the day but I am able to do things after work. I would usually just go right to bed. And the main difference is that I wake up in the morning on my own and can't fall back to sleep. Which is something I never experienced before. I would often sleep through alarms or keep hitting snooze and found it very difficult to wake up and get out of bed. I would rarely wake up on my own I had to be woken up and even if I did wake up on my own I could always fall right back to sleep. Now i wake up before my alarm goes off and I'm able to get right up out of bed and start my day.

Mike anything can be abused, ghb isn’t physically addicting but it can be psychologically addicting after daily use. In my opinion Alcohol can be worse because after heavy consumption your body can become dependent on it. Ghb doesn’t sound accessible or pleasant enough for someone to abuse, but where there’s a will, there’s a way

@@stephenholdsworth3185 you are living in a fantasy, GBL/GHB are extremely easy to come by and if you had bothered to even watch this video you would know that G is generally more addictive than alcohol. You will not become deathly addicted to alcohol needing medical intervention after only two weeks, you will be able to do this with G though.
