I'm 30 and only just coming out now because I want to live my life for myself and not other's expectations of me; I feel it would be more challenging if someone is dependent or if they have a marriage/ kids, and I even feel as if mtf's can potentially have it harder than ftm's (I can't be sure obviously but just from what I have personally seen) though in spite of whatever situations you may be dealing with I hope you'll be able to find a way at some point to live your life as you'd prefer 💜

I'm amazed at how many other people are saying that this video came at the perfect time. I also needed this. Yesterday morning I got a text while at work from my mom's boyfriend, saying he wanted to kiss me the night before and he's asked me to keep it a secret. I knew within the hour after that, I absolutely CANNOT keep that a secret, especially from my mom. I will probably include more protection elements like Dragon's Blood and other crystals. *Tip* if you have something like truth serum but u wan or need that quality of truth to come out. A snake talismen of some sort is AMAZING. Snakes are often used to show "what's really underneath" or the truth, true colors...u get the point. About sigils for communication, I find that rainbows work pretty well.
Yah, I know how that sounds, but it works ! Especially for intimate conversations you would have with close friends or regarding love/feelings, and it works even better if you are seeking reconciliation. If you are interested in this, I found out that in the same way Mercury/Hermes was the messenger god of Jupiter/Zeus, Iris was the messenger goddess of Juno/Hera, and her symbol is the rainbow, also it symbolises a bridge between worlds and harmony. I would generally draw a pretty simplified version of it, without colors or anything, just the lines, and it rocks !

I’ve been having a very hard time opening up and talking about real issues to my therapist so I might use this for my next appointment
However, I don’t love (or have) chamomile but I do love lavender so I think I’ll substitute that. I also don’t use crystals much but I think I may either get some or add some herbs for courage instead.
