Ооо... какой приятный подарок)) я дочь Капустина и мне крайне приятно не только осозноаать, что его музыка жиаа, но и видеть и слышать столь талантливую интерпритацию! Браво всем! Блвгодарю)))❤
I loved this one! The Toccata Intro made me think that I‘d got the wrong video to start with but I have to say, that’s a very clever tribute to one of my all-time favorite videos on You Tube. You guys rock. Please don‘t die or lose interest before you have made many more of these.
Music is outstanding and speaks for itself. But video production is also top notch! It adds another dimension to the performance. Your operator is true co-author of this great video!
I just cant stop listening to this and now am starting to learn to play it’s going to take some time I think. Love the piano playing but the double bass and the drummer compliment the playing perfectly cant believe ill ever hear it played better than this
The video as well as the performance is top-notch! Thank you so much for the chance to enjoy Kapustin's masterpieces in such a clear interpretation and with excellent audio!
is the intro and outro from the old recording on russian TV the original speed? There are controversial notes on that. looking at the video speed, arm mouvements and the sound, it seems to be accelerated slightly. Do you know more on that?
There's a video of Toccata with the correct pitch available on RUclips (search with 'correct pitch' query). Basically, the correct pitch of the Toccata is just a half-step lower than what we hear here, and the original tempo is nearly identical.
