  • You are a cactus in a rainforest. Why? The food we eat has evolved much faster than our genetics. Our modern diet is filled with processed foods our bodies were not built for. This causes hormonal imbalances that can lead to a multitude of diseases. That’s why eating whole foods is so important.

Period is old cells & clotted blood dumping, that's why every 28-30 days when we have new cells. It's party of our lymphatic drainage system, which is why we have "dirty" undies other times. It drains from every orifice. They lie about our system because they can push hysterectomy. I cleared up 3 overnight maxis an hour to a diva cup, I started fasting & cleaning it up internally (Drs were trying to push surgery) "your uterus is growing and we don't know why" ... I decalcifed my internal system too & hey inverted or legs on the wall daily so blood didn't coagulate in my legs! That's huge. Isn't it wonderful not being embarrassed by flushing every month :)

I saw the bittersweet truth and decided to try to cut sugar for a month. I was familiar with intermittent fasting but when I didn't fast I was eating all the wrong foods. So I didn't see results.
After I cut sugar, most of the things I bought from the supermarket, were forbidden. It was hard.I was thinking about sweets all of the time, but as time went by it got better. Now I've been doing this for a month and a half. I have lost 6 kilos, I feel less bloated, the sugar cravings have subsided, and I skip a meal a day. I eat fruits but I try to eat the seasonal ones.I feel better. So I will continue doing that and hopefully I will manage to eat only once a day, some days of the week, still it seems difficult.
My advice for anyone who is reading, if you have health and weight issues. Give it a try. For a month. And if it doesn't work forget about it. But it will work if you stick to it.
Its kind like the diabetes nutrition, but without frequent lunches. No sugar, no processed food and intermittent fasting combined.

I live this way. Eat food like you're a farmer. Forget calories. Nutritional value will take care of what your actual caloric needs are when you get rid of junk. Lost 80+ and got off my blood pressure meds at age 50...which I had been on since 35.
Maintained over 18 months at normal bmi. And my son is down almost 200lbs doing the same.
Modern food is bad for you.
Eat like a farmer. Live a healthier version of yourself. Eventually deeply nutrient rich foods like salmon, avocado, eggs, sardines, grass fed beef, green leafy things, will give your body everything it NEEDS and you will no longer be a slave to modern empty foods.

It will be so worth it. I truly missed being in cutesy clothing - I’m back in them. I’m not where I want to be but I’ll get there. I’m pain free. My cycles aren’t painful anymore. I do take the 10,000iu of vitamin d a day plus k2. I also take a serving of unflavored bone broth and collagen peptide powder aka hydrolyzed collagen daily. My hair looks and feels amazing. It hasn’t been this dense since childhood. I am “hair goals” in my office 😂 I look like I’ve had a facelift. My eyebrows have moved back to the proper position on my forehead. My knee, ankle &bottom foot pain are gone. I jump on my Bellicon rebounder 2-3 times a week at least 15 - 20 minutes a day. I purchased that expensive Bellicon because it’s all bungee cord & it was supposed to be easy on the body, but I was still hurting because my diet was so bad. After the collagen, bone broth change in diet, I have so much energy I really could go longer than 15-20 but with fasting I have to control the amount of exercise as you don’t need as much. I just have so much energy to burn. But I no longer hurt when rebounding. Outside of swimming rebounding is the most efficient way to burn off all that energy I have.
I pack my own lunch & broth & collagen for the days I’m in the office. I have the cravings under control. I’ve said “no” to all the junk brought into the office.

Physiology of the Spiritual (Quick Guide)
-The pleasurable “chills” or “goosebumps” (aka frisson) experienced when listening to music, watching movies, viewing art, dancing etc. are the beginning of the sensation of what is called the “soul” in western civilization. Generally, this begins on the arms, back, or neck when a person feels profound emotions. It is most likely you have already experienced it to some degree.
-If you pursue this sensation within yourself by attempting to feel it as much as possible (all day, every day if you are able), it builds in strength significantly over time to the point where it becomes a full body sensation with the pinnacle being at the crown of the skull. It is sustainable with practice. You must become your own experiment as each individual’s set of beliefs and emotional reactions are unique.
-It is the sensation needed to enter higher states of consciousness known as the Jhanas as well as to self-induce out of body experiences from a meditative state (visualization techniques are also required for OBEs).
-One fundamental key to the sensation is to achieve states of genuine, positive emotions such as love, gratitude, inspiration, courage, joy, unity etc. (Therefore, anything that enables you to feel these emotions will work. Conversely, anything that prevents these, will prevent your sensation.) Control of thought is the key.
-You will be required to be honest with yourself. This cannot be emphasized enough. Simply saying you feel love or gratitude, does not mean that you actually feel those emotions. This is why stimuli is extremely helpful such as music, movies, etc. to provoke those emotions in a genuine and real sense.
-Be patient and be understanding of yourself if you think you are struggling. Trust your feelings and intuitions. This is a progression and it will take some time to strengthen as your brain reforms its pathways via neuroplasticity. (Weeks to many months depending on commitment.) Love yourself unconditionally for the greatest success.
-Your sensation will inevitably grow in strength with persistence and you will begin to feel it more easily to a broader range of stimuli. You will eventually realize it is not the stimuli at all, but only your emotional state and control of your mind/thoughts that matter.
-It is this same sensation that monks attempt to achieve during meditation and chanting. (The chants or mantras are to create vibrations in the chest which can stimulate the sensation as well as to keep one’s focus single pointed)
-It is the same sensation that “spirit runners” or indigenous long-distance runners attempt to achieve. (Also called “runner’s high” in the west.)
-The current scientific term for the sensation is “Frisson” and it remains relatively unexplained in the public sector being reduced simply to a release of endorphins.

Will you please do a video on pulmonary hypertension, and how different foods can help bring the disease under control? Thanks! I have a close friend who is in need of this and the doctors tell her there is no hope for her disease. I believe food has everything to do with this disease.

I have a question: I grew my garden this year, and canned many quarts of green beans for the winter, using glass jars, and less than a teaspoon of salt per quart. Since I canned the beans, are they now considered a "processed" food and should I avoid ingesting them?
